| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Another pretty good episode. The scene with Linnea was very enlightening about about his motives. I want to see how he handles the bad boy of the Lightening Clan. I don’t know what the boy in the basement was whining about, but this is an enjoyable series so far. Maybe cellar boy doesn’t like harem and is ignorant of history. Which of course begs the question: Why in the world did he watch a few episodes of this? Surely picking lint out of his navel would have been more enjoyable to him. |

| Can't see how the Wolf Clan will prepare in time, or how they will win against such a strong enemy. Just need to hope that the MC's phone will come up with something xD All in all a good episode |

| If you can't beat the enemy on the field, then you beat him off the field. "To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill." The goal should be to starve him and his army. No matter how strong, an army march on their stomachs, as Napoleon once said. Ideally, the Wolf clan would want the enemy to over extend, possible scorch earth the area. Harass enemy foragers with cavalry and skirmishers. And work your way to cut off the enemy logistics train by a pincer maneuver on a operational or strategic scale. Given the stein-guy's tendency to rush blindly forward, it should be easy to lure him in to such a trap. Avoid fighting the guy and simply defeat the enemy where he isn't. While he is out on the field, he's not back at home, or in another theater of fighting. Delay his main force through harassing tactics, while you defeat the rest elsewhere. War is a team effort, without the rest of his army, he will not have anyone to occupy or oversee captured territory, maintain supplies, recon, and send messengers. If anything, this is the easiest victory. |
