Looks delicious if you ask me. Looks like we got a little bit of background storytelling for Sui this week. He didn't seem much different back then as he is now. |

| I really loved this episode. Got to see how Kyousui inherited the shop and how Tokitaka started working there. The food looked really delicious. He was worried they wouldn't like the tea, but was happy when they said they liked it. Kyousui gained more confidence in himself after that. |

| Glad we got some background storytelling this episode. It was nicely added to the current storytelling. Only 6 episodes to go...I can't get enough of this show! |

| So that's how it started. It would be cool to see how Tsubaki and Gure got in later on. It's a pity how Sui's twin brother doesn't get along with him though. This show is so nice. |

| Loved this episode :) didn't think we'd get to know about how Sui took over the cafe, so it was a pleasant surprise. Usually it'd be about the money, but for Sui, he was afraid that the tea he makes will not be to the same standards as his grandfather's. Althouh his tea is different, it doesn't mean it tastes bad! The old time customer could feel the amount of care Sui took to make the tea. It's nice to see how the experience also led Tokitaka to see a new view. So it seems like since they were young, Sui and his twin were brought up differently, or separately when they were around junior high? I'm guessing his twin was jealous of the freedom Sui had. Anyways, I'm also interested in seeing how Gure and Tsubaki came upon the shop. Wonder if we'll get to see it! |
| I’ve been rather lukewarm with this series, but this episode was surprisingly delightful. Very relaxing and enjoyable. I could go for a cat, tea, and some desserts right about now too. ^___________^ |
| Hands down, easily, the best episode of the series so far. And I hope it opens a path for the future episodes to come. It seems it has finally fully understood the emotional and evocative potential of its atmosphere. |
| So the pioneers of this Rokuhodo cafe was: Kyousui & Tokitaka. That's a good backstory. 4/5. |

| Mm Sui and Tokitaka are basically married. I hope Sui and his twin make up one day. It was really nice seeing Kyousui in the office clothes rather than his usual traditional outfit *____* Suwabe Junichi is so perfect. I don't normally like his softer voice as much as his other voices but it suits Sui nicely. |
