THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
The first half of the episode didn't interest me at all with the pool setting and usual chatter. Business picked up somewhat in the latter with some action.

However, it's the characters in this episode that I find to be pretty oddball. In particular, the weird guy with the horn and the aristocrat girl has a particular rivalry.

Yeah, the first half of this episode was kind of ham-fisted. But the second half brought it back around to being its usual amusing self.

It's interesting (and somehow I think not an accident) that they always act as if Choco is just part of Haru. It's always "the three of us" and never "the four of us," they only got 3 thrones and Choco had to share with Haru, she seems to share a room with him and as far as we've seen doesn't seem to sleep (even in the OP when everyone's asleep, she's sitting in the tent awake staring at them)... It's hard to tell with this show if they're going to do something with that eventually or if it's just a background gag.

Haru almost had hes harem there.
But It would be fun if he teamed up more with Wisemen even if for one more ep to continue from here. Would be interested how rest of show would follow along, instead of episodical nature.

They had as well way more cash than I imagined but i guess that's million*million. Maybe i would've played lotteries if they offered as much, I alwayys thought one million(or few) ain't nearly enough to even play this shitty game

first half was okay it was obvious where this was going to go but damn did they live it up. the second half was way funnier. out of Liza and gajeru I think liza went way overboard she was just buying everything that was shown to her but then again gajeru was buying everything that had sapphire's name/face on it new or used. I loved how the servants from both sides were like to hell with this let's steal from them even the 8th branch office got it's funds stolen again. Haru being the only one who's still rich but chooses to save up his money and continue his adventure over living a carefree life and spoiled life this guy is truly admirable.

They became zellionaires after winning the lottery, but all that money got into some of their heads and they became douchebags. The Wiseman were good people.

This was really kind of predictable and boring, to me... As soon as they won all that money, I knew there was going to be an inevitable reset button, by the end. And I'd actually dared to hope that maybe they'd stay wealthy, and move onto bigger and grander battles and quests, whilst still keeping that same level of goofy humor. But, no. Much as I figured, they didn't have the balls for that. At the very least, I liked that Haru stayed fairly smart and humble, with his portion of the winnings. While the other two were relegated to an eye-roll worthy game of one ups-manship. The best thing about this show is Choco, with all of her fourth wall breaks. I wish they'd play her up, so much more.

Pretty sure we all knew how this was gonna end. Wiseman is still great. The other two party members use their huge amount of wealth to do battle in an attempt to out-do each other, ultimately wasting money at an even faster rate. Weird that they didn't actually run out of money though but had it stolen instead... WISEMAN IS GREAT.

Look, I'm trying really hard to like this show but this episode's premise was clichéd and predictable. The so-called heroes get a truckload of money and begin doing stupid stuff with it until they are dirt-poor again. Even Branch Office #8 is back to square one, even when we don't see Erika and Campanella degenerate to the same materialism Liza and Gajeru give into. The only one who dodges this pitfall is Haru, who is shaping up to be my favorite character in this show for his moral compass and humility. All of Haru's development here is capped off by a beautiful leading performance, but then again did you expect anything else from Natsuki Hanae? Haru and Wiseman are the only remotely likeable characters, but that's the only thing this episode has going for it.

The premise of the show is now ruined. There's no reason to root for the characters to slowly save up enough money to buy back the branch's building, when we know the second they buy it back it'll just be stolen from them again. Most likely it'll be stolen off screen, as happened the first two times they lost it. The branch and its employees will always be in poverty, no matter how much money they earn because the writers reset everything whenever they succeed.

Also, every one of the protagonists is a cuck who gets stuff stolen from them and don't even raise a finger to get it back.

"Oh well, I just lost my wealth to my servants. Instead of providing their names and addresses to the police, I'm just gonna accept it. The net happiness of the world has probably increased, or something."
