| Another fan here, though it becomes a problem finding good sashimi outside of Japan. Tsukiji and Ishikawa prefecture sashimi has spoiled my palate. I doubt I can still properly enjoy sashimi in Europe, unless I catch the fish myself and make it. |

| I'm pretty sure Sashimi would still taste good even if it were cooked slightly but I'd marinate it beforehand in soy sauce and some spices to compensate for flavor lost during cooking. |
