| Sekaiichi Hatsukoi got me in yaoi. I remember looking through crunchyroll at the time, and i was like "this poster looks fun" and finished the anime and loved it, the songs were nice too. Also yay because i learnt a thing or two about manga making |
| I don't really remember what anime got me into yaoi. i think it was either kirepapa or okane ga nai. i started watching them because i got bored and was looking for something interesting to watch. |
| I found a webcomic yaoi manga being posted on a forum in the early 2000's called, Lovelies. It really got me into the genre. And I loved the forum community that spawned off of it. I was exposed to stuff before that, though. I'm sure I had some June one-shots in my collection already. But nothing as hardcore as Lovelies was at the time. I probably stumbled upon BL by accident in a bookstore, in all honesty. |
