| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Wow, this episode was freaky even if it's reminisence. The truck driver and emotions of vengeance...as his brother died. I mean, the show exposes human emotions and their worst moments so it's no surprise that an episode like this would take place. This was from season 2's (Hell Girl: Two Mirrors) episode 12. I just realized this aired 11 years ago. Wow. |

| I was still a teen when this episode came out so its sadly one of those episodes I completely forgot about. I hate this reminiscence shit but i'm really glad they showed this episode. Very touching |

| Definitely one of the better episodes in the Hell Girl series. I wish the reminiscence episodes were focused on the backgrounds of Ai's servants rather than just random episodes, and all of those episodes were in season 2. This honestly should have been the first reminiscence episode since it is in season 2 where Ai's servants began to try to persuade the people to avoid getting revenge, and this episode explains that. I personally wanted Hone Onna's episode since her story was pretty sad, but I guess we aren't getting that since the remaining episodes will be from season 3... Well the sales data for Yoi no Togi is out...and...well it doesn't seem to be doing too good... |

| Forgiveness, atonement, and saving someone from their hatred seems to be the themes. Is this what Michiru will try to do as the new Hell Girl? We already saw a hint of that in episode 6 where she refused an offer. Season two was so good. It's a shame that this is the only episode from that season here. The last two episodes are from season three. Mouloxas said: Kikuri just ridiculed the majority of Jigoku Shoujo episodes (especially season 3 and season 4 episodes) in that intro. I love it. At least it seems the writers are self-aware. If someone pisses you off and there's Hell Girl providing you with an easy way out, then some people will use that option instead of being a proper human and working out their emotions. |

| I forgot about this episode... but damn, this was such a good episode. Definitely one of the best Jigoku Shoujo episodes out there. |

| Was a great episode then and it still is, even as a reminisence. The old man was good, the story was nice and it focused on Wanyuudou so that was amazing. |
