| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Mako looks great in her dress! No wonder Tatara got flustered after seeing her this episode. The dance competition was interesting to watch. It seems Tatara is a bit nervous but still makes the dance work with Mako. I suppose their training paid off after all and they developed better synergy with each other. I'm impressed by how well Tatara did on the dance floor. |

The episode isn't subbed yet, but she acted the way she did because Tatara kind of insulted her by saying he's going to simply make Mako a better dancer than her. At the end of the day she's a professional dancer who takes her craft very seriously and has been dancing since she was a child, so she got a little pissed that he thinks it's so easy. |
| Mako looks great with that yellow dress though she took Gaju calling her "washboard" serious. Tatara danced well with Mako and Gaju snapped. He was a total dick in this episode. Sengoku's reactions were amusing. |

| Finally the subs is out.I have been waiting since yesterday.. Great episode for the first part of the cup.The next episode is going to be so hype now that Hyoudou is here and that Tatara need to get his game up. I'm sure Marisa is a milf. P.s Mako is just so beautiful in this yellow dress just like Belle in Beauty and the Beast. |

| It was really satisfying to see Mako hit her piece of shit brother. This guy is seriously a loser. I think Mako and Tatara did pretty well in this episode, and hopefully they'll continue to do so in the next episode. There seems to be a bit of tension now between Shizuku and Tatara, and things might get a little more dramatic with Hyodo showing up. |

| Excellent episode. Mako is so pretty in her dress, I'd probably have the same reaction as Tatara after seeing Mako if I was in his place. Not to mention that yellow dress looks absolutely stunning on her. <3 I absolutely love the banter between Tatara and Sengoku, it always makes me laugh. Tatara going from super confident one moment to a worrywart next moment always makes me laugh. Mako being similar to him in that regard further makes me think that they should stay as a pair, it also makes her even more adorable. <3 The dance performances were great and seeing Tatara dance with that huge smile on his face never fails to put one on mine as well. :) Gaju totally deserved to get hit my Mako there, Shizuku's aggression on Tatara was quite something. xD Hyodo and I believe that's his Mom showing up could make things pretty interesting. Go Tatara and Mako, I'm rooting for you two! |

| Kiyoharu surely spoke to Marisa about Tatara, that's why she smiled! :D That bit with Tatara/Mako and Gaju/Hanaoka rushing to the closest spot for the juries to see, i was PUMPED!! Also loved the classiness in this episode (all the dresses and dancing in this fine hall). MAKO BEST GIRL! <3 |

| No one expected Hyodo to appear at the Taipei Cup, but he's there and he's going to affect all of them with his presence only (not to mention that he's gonna be mad at Tatara for not taking care of Shizuku like he asked before, lol) Mako finally stepped up for herself against his brother and I'm so proud of her. Also, Shizuku got annoyed at what Tatara said about Mako, and I get her point, but she's overlooking the way Gaju is treating Mako. If Shizuku cannot see how Gaju constantly diminishes his own sister, she's not better than him. Maybe Mako and Tatara won't win, but they surely are going to teach Gaju and Shizuku a lesson. Mako-chan for best girl! The bit where Mako's cups/pads went flying every which way was extremely funny and I had to re-watch that scene at least three times! |

| TOO MANY THINGS ARE HAPPENING! Sengoku is only 23? Well this is rare. A guy who looks older than his age. Still has the best facial expressions though. Keep slapping them heads! Did Gaju just call Mako a washboard? That's unforgivable! Wait....WHAT? NO! NO MAKO! THAT ISN'T NATURAL! TAKE THOSE OFF RIGHT NOW! Wait...Not like that! "Don't worry, I still have the other side!" WTFLMAO! Well it helped them win I guess. I love Sengoku's advice. Get in there and show em what you got! Drama's building up between our four dancers, and now Hyodo and Mama Hyodo are there too! And I don't think Hyodo is going to be happy with Tatara not dancing with Shizuku. There's even more things that are going to happen next episode! Let's go! Oh, the ED changed again. This time, Tatara and Mako are dancing in their dance attires. |

| I screamed "Noooo!" at the end. I was hoping that they wouldn't split the competition into two episodes but it's pretty cliche to do that since that's how you create anticipation and suspense, oh well. My favorite part of this episode was when Mako's pads flew out and everybody tripping over them but she's like, 'No prob, my other side's still filled', being lopsided, just being in the moment...such a badass...while Fujita is like 'that is, so not the issue here'. lol. |

| Mako looks beautiful in her dress. Gaju saying mean things to her is irritating. He was a douche bag in this episode. He got mad at Tatara for bumping into him. Mako punching Gaju was satisfying. I'm proud of her for stepping up against him. Her pads falling off and the other dancers slipping on them was funny. Hyodo's mom appeared at the end. That's interesting. |

| Wow, that was epic, this episode got me really pumped, the competition was fierce and the OSTs were top notch too. The confidence Tatara gained was already put to use, loved it how he kicked Gajus ass on the dance floor and didn't back off when he was confronted by him afterwards. Mako wasn't too shabby either when he she hit him xD and she was also very cute in some scenes. Kyoharus mother will be a judge from here, interesting. Overall an extremely enjoyable episode. |

| Quite a thrilling episode. Want to say a lot but this episode was so engaging that I can't think of anything atm haha. Tatara should stop pulling off his ecstatic faces, since it always end up enthralling his rivals with the overwhelming passion XD The scene were all the couples end up tripping over Mako's scattered pads was hilarious :v The new OST at the preview was lit af. The same was played when Tatara and Mako stepped in the hall. I need that soundtrack~ |

| OMG. MAKO-CHAN'S SO PREEEEETTTYYY! BUT DAAAMN SHIZUKU'S SO GORGEOUS. I CAN'T EVEN. FUCK GAJU-SAN, MAAAN, SO FUCKING MEAN! Sengoku-san is 23? What. I'm confused, y'all. Or was he 23 when he first joined a competition? Hehe. I missed Hyoudou's face. Kyaaaaa! So happy we get to see him again. <3 Tatara's scared face is so freaking hilarious. Mako, you don't have to use 3-4 pads, don't listen to your onii-san. Hahaha. You're perfect, babe. I wonder what's with Sengoku-san and Hyoudou's mom. And Hyodo's reaction to Tatara's not being Shizuku's partner since he entrusted Shizuku to Tatara. Freaking Gaju ruining everything! Loved this episode. P.S. I'm so overjoyed when Mako-chan hit his big brother in the face! Go, gal! |

| Excellent episode, but did not expect them to speed up the competition so much. Was hoping for more dance and technical explanations than was given. Tatara and Mako look great together, even though the partnership is temporary. Mako being so conscious of her chest was hilarious. Padding her "stats" was funny too, causing their competition to literally fall out of the race. Beating Gaju will be a tough ask, since Shizuku's also a great partner with better skill as well. Laughed so much at Sengoku's first reaction of hiding Tatara from Hyoudou's mom. Spoilers much? XD Next week is gonna be epic. |

| Normally I dislike "washboards", but I'm literary in love with Mako. Her adorableness is over 9000. And don't worry once you get into the growth spurt they'll grow. This is so far one of the better anime (for me) of this season. I enjoy it very much. |

| Another fantastic episode! So Fujita is the one who decided to pick yellow as the dress for Mako! Mako is so cute! LOL at those breast pads of Mako! so hilarious and actually believed that she's a washboard by her bro Gaju! Shizuku is complementing about Fujita getting better! Fujita & Mako were scared when they go with the 2nd heat...Waltz! hahaha hilarious when one of the breast pad of Mako was scattered and so many tripped because of that! nice one! Mako is still so cute even if she smacked the hell out of her stubborn bro! Oh no...Mako cried again! This is getting interesting since Hyoudoui showed-up and her celebrity mother! 5/5. |

| I'm liking the tension between both couples as the dance competitions really heats up. Mako's idea of adding bra pads in order to make her bust larger was funny, but it was even funnier when after making contact with Tatara's chest, it flew out of her dress, landed on the dance floor and everyone else all slipped and fell over, apart from Tatara and Mako. XD The main tension is, of course, between Tatara and Gaju. Gaju might be more talented, but his total disregard of Mako's dancing capabilities is downright idiotic of him to say. No wonder Mako gave him a nice dress slap in the face. Shizuku isn't taking Tatara's words kindly either. Telling him not to underestimate her skills is understandable, but since she missed the whole bust up between the siblings earlier, I doubt she fully understands the weight of Tatara's goal of helping Mako to become as good of a dancer as Shizuku is herself. Her overall response in this scene left me with mixed feelings about her now. =/ Thanks to Hyodo's mother making an appearance, I wonder what kind of history Sengoku has with her. Is she his former teacher perhaps? All in all, this was a great episode. The preview looks to continue the gripping tension and drama that this episode had, so I'm looking forward to who wins this competition now. =D |
