To stop me filling up Dazar's comments section with True Tears stuff I'll make a thread for it instead. Also I know quite a few people here (Kira, Groove) are watching it as well.

Anyway @ Episode 5, chances of which girl winning is imo...

Hiromi 70% (Shin thinking in Ep 4 You're the one I..., You're the one I..." Hiromi thinking in ep 5 "you came into my room to tell me that!?, you came into my room to tell me that")
Noe 20% (Doesn't seem to be a romantic partner)
Aiko 10% (Making her run to early, has a "back up" her current boyfriend)

If Hiromi is related to Shin (personally doubt it now)

Noe 60%
Aiko 30%
Hiromi 10% (lol japan)

True Tears
My favorite show at winter season.
As I said on AN, I'm an Aiko fan, even though her types never get the guy.
The percentage you made is kinda weird for me though.
I'd make it something like...
Hiromi 100%
Noe 0%
Aiko 0%

Oh I agree that it's really "100%" since Hiromi is the locked in girl but I don't want to make such a statement in case it throws a curve ball. I did say on AOD I'll stop posting there for a week if Shin X Hiromi didn't happen, same with Mao X Kouichi in Kimikiss.

As I said on AN, I'm an Aiko fan, even though her types never get the guy.

I've been told that the Childhood friend type dominates and wins roughly most of the time :p It's just that Hiromi is also from the childhood friend mold. Also why does it seem that on AN it's thumbs up for Aiko wanting to ditch Nobuse for Shin and yet thumbs down for Mao ditching Kai for Kouichi? I mean Kai is nothing to Kouichi yet Nobuse is Shin's best friend and he even hooked those two together. Though like how Hiromi is currently digging herself into a hole over the "I like the #4 thing" I'm thinking why did Aiko accept Nobuse if she had feelings for Shin? Did Shin ask if she wanted to go out with Nobuse and Aiko in her excitement thinking he was asking her out said YES straight away?

I stalled Kimikiss on the 2nd episode until all of it is released, so I won't comment on that. Not because I didn't like it, on the contrary I liked it very much, I usually finish this types of shows in one-two weekend days, so watching it 26 weeks will make me forget what happened in the first episode. I usually only follow 12 episode shows when they air, and save 24-26 ones until they are fully released. In fact the only long show that I'm following is Shana 2. Well, and Hayate, but it's a show that you can watch one episode per month and still be connected :D

I'm thinking why did Aiko accept Nobuse if she had feelings for Shin? Did Shin ask if she wanted to go out with Nobuse and Aiko in her excitement thinking he was asking her out said YES straight away?

 That would certainly make sense, how I didn't think about it xD.
- Would you like to date..
- YES YES YES
- Nobuse...

I figure its hiromi, usually when the main guy is crushing on one girl that hard (clearly he is by his thoughts) it winds up being her, even if he appears to outwardly give play to the other ones.

And this is japanese, half related siblings should add 10% not lower to 10 % lol

Ai is screwed, even tho i think she is cool :P Kinda messed up what she is doing to the other guys though.

Now i wonder if hiromi will go out with the #4 just to escape the shin situation ala mao sexin up kai :P She already kinda did it by saying she likes him, but when he goes after her i wonder if she will take it as an out.

Yeah Jun is weird, time to channel my hatred from Kai (who I pity more now) into him. So tempted to read spoilers for episode 6... but I'll resist. Weird how I have no problems with reading Kimikiss spoilers and actually actively look for them but won't do it with True Tears.

Fuck people who can't spoiler tag properly, I hope that fucker gets a infraction on Suki. Everyone else can discuss if it was good or not without going into spoilers.. sigh.

Anyway I'm ruined one thing about episode 6 but next to nothing else, read after watching though I might have a different opinion after viewing the whole episode of course.

I won't get to see the sub until Wednesday/Thursday so I'll update these thoughts after I see it.

Edit - I couldn't help myself and wow @ what happened.

Lol @ butthurt Hiromi fans giving this episode a low rating on AnimeSuki because of what got revealed. As a Hiromi fan (I like her the best once again now I realized she lied to Shin for a good reason and not because she's stubborn) this makes me even more confident they will end up together.

Fear my copy and paste skills.....

First off I don't really get all the hate Nobuse has been getting on various other forums. He really hasn't done anything wrong or did anything to make people hate him (unlike another guy in a sorta similar relationship in another show....). Maybe it's just Aiko fans who just want him out the way so Aiko can hook up with Shin?

Now onto the meat of things with Hiromi and Shin being related. Personally I don't buy it.. no no don't look at me like that because of my Hiromi avatar, let me explain!

At first I thought the chances of them being related were very high but at around the 4th episode mark I thought they were making it too obvious. It's also been revealed too early in the show to end up being true imo. Now I hate using other shows to cite examples but for anyone who has seen Myself;Yourself think about the Love Hotel and House burning incidents and how the obvious candidates were not it. I feel that they are trying to throw a curve ball here as well to stop people from just straight up assuming it's going to be Shin X Hiromi.

Now to actually use stuff from the show, did you notice the expression on Shin's mother when Hiromi brought it up? Not only that but she said "You remember that conversation?". Um you told her a year ago that her father isn't her father and yet you're actually shocked that she remembers it... wtf.. That just doesn't make any sense, of course anyone would remember if if they were told that yet she's shocked and clearly surprised.

So to sum it up as too why I think it's not true. Too obvious, too early and Shin's mother being shocked/surprised she remembered that conversation.

Also at nearly the halfway point here is how things stand, as I see them anyway..

Aiko clearly has feelings for Shin but hasn't been able to tell him, to further mess things up she got into a relationship with Shin's best friend. It looks like she was able to stand the current situation but hearing "progress" reports from Nobuse about Hiromi and Shin, as well as this new girl Noe has clearly made her had enough.

Noe doesn't really know how she feels about Shin atm and even offered to help him get back together with Hiromi. She seems to be more interested in making him "fly" than going out with, though her big brother who knows more about her than she does disagrees..

Hiromi seems to have liked Shin for a long time yet after that revelation from Shin's mother she buried her feelings as well as becoming distant from him. Of course once she sees Shin with Noe it seems she's unable to keep those feelings in check and started to open up to Shin again.

Now with Shin he's clearly crushing hard on Hiromi, is just friends with Aiko and is um.. an acquaintance with Noe... lol. Now when I see the brake down like that how the hell do you stretch the show out for another 7 episodes and keep people guessing?

Hiromi "Should I tell you something incredible? My birthday is later, so you would be the big brother."

^ That's how.

Over all, id say Clannad's comedy made it far more enjoyable to watch. For drama, this might be better. Might be an interesting comparison drama-wise at the end of each :) Clannad is a little weak there so far compared to its kanon and air siblings, so true tears might pull out the win :P

No way any of them beat clannad on humor tho lol

Hiromi snapped when Noe said Shin shouldn't brood over her, Moe overload for Noe this episode, Aiko draws first blood and Jun needs to drive into a moving truck. Also it looks like Shin's mother might set things straight with Hiromi next episode which will give the 3 girls 4 episodes to win over Shin.

Or; Nobuse kill Shinichiro out of jealousy thus Ai-chan kills Nobuse to revenge Shinichiro, Hiromi kills Noe because she pisses her off, Noe's brother kill Hiromi because he was romantically interested in his sister, Shinichiros Father thinks that his wive is the one who killed Hiromi thus he kills her and then commits suicide. Noe's brother and Ai-chan starts dating, and killed by a giant tsunami while on the beach.

On another note, I'm thankful that Shinichiro is far more intelligent with relationships than your average teenage male protagonist in High-School Romance Dramas. And that the show is avoiding the "If something can go wrong here, it will." scenarios that all these types of shows tend to use.

It still happens on occasion, but on a far less annoying scale, than say, I got from KimiNozo.

Yeah, and the funny thing is I actually started out as a huge Aiko fan but they didn't develop her very well and barely gave any air time.. They could just as easily make it a regular triangle and let Aiko be with his friend since she's not doing anything meaningful anyway, Shinichiro doesn't even consider her as a possibility.. Though I still have a feeling that her story with Nobuse is not over, I'm guessing he'll snap and make something important to the story... (Like kill Shinichiro.. now that would be ... unexpected )

I take it Please Twins isn't a patch on Please Teacher, also I really couldn't wait for T 09 to come out since my sister or brother would've gone over the limit while I was out. It also came out like 6-8 hours earlier than usual. Oh well I've got it now anyway... also wasn't just all of Please Twins, downloaded most of Vampire Knight and D Gray Man manga, and about 10 episodes 1's of various series.

I'm on a roll with deciding the final couples, got it right with KGNE, ef and Ichigo 100% (manga). Things are looking good for Kimikiss and True Tears.... Hatsukoi Limited (manga) will be he hardest one to guess.... fucking 10 cases of one sided love in that manga qq

I copied my post from ANN because I'm going to college now.

I watched episode 9 last night. Great episode so far. LOL at motorcycle scene. I knew Shin x Noe wouldn’t last after I watched the preview on episode 8. Shin hugs Hiromi at the beginning = Bonus. Shin's mom finally shows her good side to Hiromi. My question: Why do she lied to Hiromi? I hope she have a good reason. Since Shin's mom is finally nice, Hiromi would not went emo any more. I knew that one when Shin's mom doesn’t like her which it caused Hiromi went emo. I understand everyone don't like character went emo. I don't blame Hiromi, I blame Shin's mom, and I don't hate Hiromi at first. Shin's mom says, "Hiromi is our child." Then, Shin is Hiromi's brother. Now it finally clears up, I'm rooting for Shin x Hiromi.

Poor Noe. She has to break up with Shin before she have a serious heartbreak. I saw the preview, Ai-chan seem to appears up on episode 10 a lot. Nice. Hopefully, she have a good relationship with Miyokichi. Of course, Miyokichi already knew that Ai-chan liked Shin. I wasn't surprised if he didn't punch to Shin.

Kudos to who created the preview because I thought that person with red shirt was Jun when Hiromi changes her clothes. But, it's Shin's mom only. As I said many times, I hope it better not turn into School Days.

Seriosuly the fanbase for shows like this are pretty much retarded, you have Hiromi fans who were saying this show was crap last episode now all happy and Noe fans who just gave it straight tens for the alst few weeks now saying it's shit. It's like the quality of the actual show means nothing as long as the girl they like wins. Don't get me wrong I like "cheering" for one girl and I'm obviously in Hiromi's corner but if Noe wins I'm not going to throw a hissy fit and knock it down from a 9 to a 6.

You disliked it because of Shin's mothers reaction didn't you? I really don't think it was so sudden, it was built up from the end of episode 6 and slowly progressed throughout 7 and 8. Sometime it takes an event like "running away" and nearly dying to change someone's stance on somebody. Also wouldn't your major complaint go away if she explains why she hated her in the next couple of episodes?

As for Clannad... Hiromi is a 1/1000 chance compared to Clannad's Nagisa, I like Tomoyo and Kyou way more but I never had delusions of them ending with Tomoya.

My main complaint wasnt her reaction, it was the lack of explanation, even to hiromi, about why she acted in the manner she did. Also have a problem with insta-forgiveness by hiromi given that lack of explanation. I also have a problem with how both parents know this is extremely distressing to their son, yet fail to enlighten him about the truth (a pimp slap and 'that cant be true' isnt quite gonna do it..)

It will be better if she does explain next episode or something, just thought they kinda botched how they handled that this episode. The way they are acting was kinda unbelievable (i dont mean the mom softening cause they did hint at that, i mean everyone else)

lol the pimp slap was classic, his dads face was like "wtf is wrong with you, you believe that shit you moron". Shin's was like "wtf no waii!!!".

I don't think Hiromi has fully forgiven her yet... or maybe the expression "I'll forgive you but I'll never forget" comes into play. Anyway I'm sure the explanation will come in the next few episodes.

Like I said they have quite a few things to go through yet

* Shin brakes up with Noe
* Noe regains her tears
* Jun does his best Yori from "Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru" impersonation (aka incest)
* Shin's mother explains her hatred for Hiromi's mother
* Aiko and Nobuse become a real couple this time (maybe proceeded by a brake up???)
* The festival Shin has been preparing for
* Shin X Hiromi finally get together

Seems quite a few people think Jun is still interested in Hiromi due to the next episode preview, it's probably true but maybe he grabs her because he wants his damn money for the bike lol.

I liked the episode because it finally clear up between Shin's mom and Hiromi. Left is why Shin's mom lied to her. I guess it's relating to Shin's mom hates Hiromi's mom. As for relationship, I always knew Shin x Hiromi will get together. I am not sure that Jun likes his sister. She might end up dying for some reason, IMO. Of course, I'm cheering for Hiromi. Noe, too. Hopefully, they complete few things to through as Westlo's list.

Finally seen the 9th episode. I'm with DazarGaidin on this one, only more extreme. Who the fuck is this mother thinks she is? Hiromi should never forgive her, I know I wouldn't, in fact Hiromi should catch her when she's alone and put a cactus in her poophole. She ruined Hiromi's life for how long (?) and now she's going all nicey on her and expect everything to become normal and Hiromi goes with it... That's why I hate a lot of anime, unrealistic characters. Kazuma from Kaze no Stigma ftw...

Okay Hiromi surprised me slightly in ten by pulling a Mao.. also chuckling at all the Noe/Aiko fans getting their hopes up that Hiromi's next episode preview line is directed at Shin. It makes no sense at all if it was, Hiromi's character in the show would look retarded saying it, the script writer working on this would be retarded for writing it that way.

I really don't know why there is even a debate among True Tears fans about who Hiromi is talking to in the next episode preview. I know the True Tears producers like to mess with people in the next episode previews (omg jun is going to sleep with Hiromi!!11!!) but making Hiromi say that to Shin is borderline retarded.

You only have to look back at the actions in this series by Jun to realize it's him. Him holding back from caressing Noe's face, him going out with Hiromi for Noe's sake, him saying it's painful not being able to love what you love. Also remember Hiromi knows he has a sister complex, she called him a siscon in episode 8.
