Ending of Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (Rumbling Hearts) ANIME not game/manga

I just finished watching, and clearly this deals with the END of the series based on my title.. spoiler warning should not be necessary if you haven't seen it yourself!

I just have one question:

Perhaps I somehow derped and missed it, perhaps because of the back-and-forth way the anime goes in the storytelling i derped and got confused.

But during the finale portion, there's a girl in Takayuki's house, seen smiling, as she closes the door and leaves, she has dark green hair, then she closes the door.

I HONESTLY do not remember seeing her before (The only other green haired person I can remember is that one nurse but she has pigtails, not flowing/loose)

Is it Mitsuki with a hair color change? someone's parent? I legitimately do not remember this character being in the whole series.
