| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well that does seem to be it, Cell defeated, Gohan badly damaged but in no time he'll be back on his feat and Goku eating clouds :p Poor Kuririn having bad luck with the girls again and well everyone has been restored again by the dragon balls... Satan stealing credits for defeating Cell but well let him have it. Goku did say he doesn't want to be brought back so that's a bit unexpected, is he really not coming back at all? The main character of Dragon Ball dead and not coming back? Well this sure is a shock :/ If he never comes back I'll surely miss him as he was such a great character! Either way lets see how Gohan will grow up and how things will go next! |

I vaguely remember someone said that but I don't remember if it was Bulma but if Goku says it was her than it should be true Goku was sent to Earth to destroy it in the first place. Then Goku was the reason why Pilaf-sama set Piccolo Daimao free. Raditz came to Earth after Goku, as well as Vegeta and Nappa later. Freeza and Cold came to Earth after Goku, too. Doctor Gero created Artificial Humans No. 17, No 18 and Cell in order to defeat Goku who defeated Red Ribbon Army. So it's not like it's some kind of coincidence that Goku is involved all the time... The only case where Goku wasn't the cause is maybe Garlic Jr. saga, but Goku wasn't the one who resolved it, either So Polunga can bring back to life any number of times... How convenient. | Goku staying dead seems a little off, like I get why he did it but that doesn't mean I like it. The dub I think outdid the original was when Gohan talked about his dad, how the image of him walking toward Freiza was inspiring really added a lot to the scene. |
| Goku is always something.. I like how everyone has their own little memory of him to keep, Especially Gohan's. Also kinda noticed how they revived everyone Cell killed (thus reviving Trunks) yet no one really jumped for joy or anything like they usually do when they revive a friend. "TRUNKS! YOU'RE BACK!" They're all just like, "How do we revive Goku?!??!" Also love how they left the dragon hanging lol, I wonder what their second wish will be. Maybe to undo any damage Cell has done? (You know... buildings and towns he destroyed.) |

| Phew...no more Cell saga. I hope some more years are allowed to go by before the next season starts. It would be cool to see Gohan all grown up to take Goku's place. |

| Is it just me or does Gohan look much smaller now being on the Lookout? Vegeta really decided not to fight anymore? This battle and seeing Goku/Gohan must have had a huge impact on him. Poor Krillin, C18 is unthankful and leaves, I wonder how things will change (last wish?). And if not what will be the last wish? Satan now getting all the fame, and probably telling everyone that it all was just a trick ;) Goku's decision was sad, almost cried watching all the flashbacks. Btw if everyone killed by Cell get revived shouldnt this mean both C16 and C17 also should get back to life? |

| So this is the end of the living part of the great hero of the universe. This was the saddest episode till now. Wish if he got the proper honor on the earth. At least the king saved by him long ago still remembers him and also some people. I hope Goku and King Kai have good times there. I wonder how Chichi will react on this decision of his. This is sad for Vegeta that he lost his friend whom he admired secretly in his heart. His decision is harsh too. Hope he will now lead a happy life with his family. Poor Krillian! Android 18 has mistaken him. However I hope she is on good side. It was funny though when Gohan said after Trunks and Goku comes he will have friends and he won't need any girlfriend, XD! Gohan is completely like Goku. I think if Goku had a mother on earth than he would have turned like this. No one says but the strongest human being is actually Yamucha. Because others are not really humans for sure. |

| Cell has died. RIP Goku though. Krillin really simps for an android but can't really blame him. Gohan was badly damaged but he'll be up and running in no time!  |

| Watching this after Toriyama being gone is something special... The feels are real, a perfect conclusion for this great arc. Thank you Goku. Thank you too, Akira. Bye bye. |
