 The official website of the upcoming historical anime movie Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni has released a new trailer, revealing its cast and additional staff members. MAPPA's adaptation of Fumiyo Kouno's award-winning manga under the direction of Sunao Katabuchi will be screened in Japanese theaters on November 12, 2016.Tengai Shibuya and actress Nanase Iwai will also be joining the cast, but their roles are yet to be announced. | Woohoo we finally have a release date! Maruyama returns as a movie producer! Oddly enough, barefoot gen was madhouse's one of the first movies, also covering ww2 themes & aftermath of nuking, and mappa's first original movie is such too, covering same themes!! Nice parallel Barefoot gen is legendary, lets see where this goes! |
