The official blog of the Girls und Panzer series has revealed that the Blu-ray and DVD release of Girls und Panzer der Film will include a special anime as an epilogue of the movie. Pre-orders for the Blu-ray and DVD release are being taken through April 14, and both packages will be released on May 27.

Girls und Panzer der Film opened in theaters in Japan on November 21, 2015. Box Office Mojo reports that the movie has earned ¥1,125,342,544 from 773,596 attendees as of February 16. The movie is still continuing its theatrical run, and it will also get limited 4DX digital screenings beginning February 20. Girls und Panzer der Film is the 12th anime movie released in 2015 to cross the 1 billion yen earnings milestone.

Other content included in the Blu-ray and DVD release are a three-minute summary of the Girls und Panzer series and textless opening and ending footage. The limited edition Blu-ray release will also contain a new episode of Akiyama Yukari no Sensha Kouza.

Box Office Mojo is nearly always inaccurate for Japanese films due to their bad handling with the USD/JPY currency conversion rate changes, so they are usually used as a last resort in Japan.

Nevertheless, the figure quoted here is outdated, as the official Girls und Panzer website has stated that the Movie has now grossed ¥1,125,342,544 from 773,596 attendees as of February 16th.

That doesn't seem to make sense. Exchange rates do vary, but it should only affect the USD revenue as that is the number that should be converted. The January 31 figure is accurately higher than the January 30 figure previously reported by Oricon, so I don't think the JPY figure is incorrect. In any case, I have updated to the February 16 figures.

In the January 16~17, 2016 week, Box Office Mojo had the most recent Star Wars Movie at ¥8,465,719,508, which was 500~600 million under its actual total from a more reputable source (Bunkatsushin):

Clearly it is not just a straight JPY total to USD total conversion, or then why is there such a huge discrepancy in the figures? What I suspect they are doing is just collecting the total in USD and straight converting it to JPY depending on whatever the USD to JPY exchange rate happens to be for that particular weekend. I know that's a lot easier for them, since they are a US website, who just happens to collect data from Box Office markets in other countries.

This is why as I said, the Japanese sales community does not use Box Office Mojo over other more reputable sources such as Bunkatsushin, Cinema Today, eiga.com, kogyotsushin.com, etc, except as a last resort. We are not really not going to get anywhere arguing over this, but i'm just stating what I have observed, and for others to take caution in using Box Office Mojo figures, if there is a better source available.
