| I lost it at the singing pomeranians. I actually had to pause at this moment and take a breath. And then I lost it again at the howling... Ritsuka is still stupid as hell, though, and I really feel sorry for Azuna (don't know, at least give her a song). |

| It was kinda obvious that blue haired guy was the dog. DANCING AND SINGING DOGS WERE SUPER CRINGE And about Lindo... My guess is his mother (Ritsuka's aunt) slept with a devil unknowingly and she got pregnant and Lindo was born as half-human, half-devil child. Lindo's mum died during birth because of the unnatural child. Lindo has devoted himself to exorcists to suppress his demon side, but sometimes he can't control himself. |

I understand that she's frustrated at being kept in the dark about this whole grimoire thing, but I wish she wasn't this trusting. Felt really bad for Rem in this episode :( He's still far from my favorite guy, but I think I'm starting to like him a lot, and I wouldn't mind if Ritsuka ended up with him. I just want them to be happy I'd appreciate it if the other devils got some screen time :/ I will never get enough of Shiki's masochistic tendencies. He's like the perfect blend of creepy and hilarious! I'm not fond of the dog character at all. His character design and VA are great, though. Lindo went berserk again and Ritsuka didn't even ask him about his mysterious vampire powers. I hope we learn about them soon. I feel like this anime has potential, but the limited number of episodes ( only 12 ) isn't enough to bring it out. Such a shame since the music and art are superb. Next episode, though. wtf is that a school event or something O.o |
| Shiki is so cute. I love the banter between him, Mage, and Urie. Extra boy, extra song I love it. What a naughty dog though and his singing pooch friends was both mortifying and hilarious. I was glad to see a bit of a showdown between Rem and Lindo, tension with them has been building for awhile now. I really do like Rem, it was nice to see him be a bit more involved rather than stand on the sidelines with his stern face. Each week we see a bit more of his internal struggle over his feelings about Ritsuka. I really like Ritsuka. I really can't fault her for continuing to get involved with these guys. They seem to be the only ones who are willing to give her answers and are upfront about who and what they are while her brother and friend keep important info from her. Things would be boring if she stayed locked up in her house or was always listening to what her brother/friend told her to do. She isn't completely helpless and I liked that she made some attempt to even stand up for Rem when her brother lost his shit. She is leaps and bounds better than other otome heroines I have seen. Overall I really am loving this show much more than I thought I would when it was first announced. |
| Singing pooches. Ironically, I loved it and the song lol. Rem's feeling something, eh? I agree that Ritsuka is atleast decent compared to other otome anime leads. Honestly at least she kind of fights back even if she keeps falling for the same bait. |

| Omg the singing dogs made me lol so much, loved it HAHAHAH :') Knew that ritsuka was the grimoire since the beginning, and omg i totally ship ristuka and rem. Never really liked lindo's character, this episode he creeped the shit outta me and annoyed me even more. But so far im definitely liking the heroine in this anime vs yui in diabolik lovers! The nxt episode looks real good, omg rem and ritsuka are super cute 🙏🏽. but tbh i do hope they get more than 12 episodes, if not, i feel like everything will just be rushed and it will turn out to be a shit anime in the end. |

| What part of VAMPIRES and DEVILS doesn't this girl understand!? Though, despite being overly trusting of FUCKING DEMONS, she doesn't complain about the consequences, which I like about Ritsuka as a character. And unlike most Otome heroines, she actually sets her own priorities and acts independent, mostly without relying on a single dude. I have to applaud her for that much. Other than that, this is the first time she's come across an offer she can't refuse. All the other devils had retarded, one sided deals that would end in her either getting enslaved or raped. Give Grimoire = World Peace. Sounds good to me. |

The plot is focusing on Ritsuka/Grimmoire at last which is a +1 for me. Rem sure has it rough. The guy deserve some praise for saving her from Leowon's trap. I think they showed Lindo's mother with a vampire in the last episode. So he is half human half vampire. My guess is that Ritsuka will be kidnapped by Maksis with the Student council+Nii-san to the rescue. |

You can see glimpses of the writer's personality but all I can assume is that he's/her potential is being limited by otome games standards. I shall not expect any surprise for now on so I'll not be disappointed. Honestly the first couple of episodes were so promising, I watched this show for a joke because I don't like reverse harems/otome and I find them hilariously bad... But this started out SO GOOD, an interesting plot line, a smart heroine, some cool twists... Lately it's gone pretty downhill and started throwing that outta the window for tropes, like you said. The guys are really creepy too, why can't they make a reverse harem where the guys are genuinely sweet instead of weird and possessive. |

| These singing dogs really were hilarious. I can endure much, but this made even 'me' cringe. And I liked that she even wanted to take off that damn ring, but then Rem came to prevent that~ But what did I expect? It's always like this :/ And I'm starting to dislike Ritsuka and the anime a bit. I dunno why, maybe because I expected it to be different. Shiki and Mage are still awesome, imo. Even that dog guy and the womanizer are cool in a way, but it feels like the anime's taking a road down. I'll definitely watch all episodes, but it makes me a little sad, though. Good protagonists are so rare. For example, I'm currently watching Claymore and I really enjoy the characters there (and I know it's a complete different genre), but today, the characters mostly lack depth. Well, I'm curious to see what will happen next. I doubt that this will be some kind of school event, to be honest. But we'll see. |

| We got to see Rem's father. and he truly acts like a devil. Several revelations came out in this episode, and by the end of it, poor Ritsuka doesn't know who to trust or what to believe. I can't say that I blame her. But the most memorable part of this episode? The singing Pomeranians. Looks like the next episode will be featuring some kind of a dance. It seems rather strange, but maybe it'll make more sense next week once I see what's happening in context. |
