It was nice, but as long I haven't known that Anju was so cruel on purpose, I was scared. Creepy.

i don't fully understand what Anju was trying to accomplish, it seemed unnecessary for her to seemingly purposefully push Karin away like that. this was so enigmatic that i just can't quite fathom what the letter said and why Anju took such a harsh turn with Karin.

She tried to push Karin away, to forget her own family and to live happily amongst humans. She knows she isn't happy as vampire and that Anju is the only one who she really cares for. So she tried to severe those intimate bonds (in a way this was kinda similiar to manga but there were even more cruel things and drastic measures towards the end). I guess the letter said precisely what Elda was phoning Karin in the the last scene of this ep - that there is a way for her how to become real vampire. Anju tried to prevent it and make Karin reject her vampire self.

Poor Anju and wow that ending, might we actually see her become a real vampire? Either way I hope Anju reverts back to her usual self as I don't like the new Anju that much! Either way let's see what's next!

Sure Anju was being mean, but I can't say I really feel the impact of her (Anju's) actions.

The vampires in the Karin-verse don't really kill their prey, right? Not like the evil sort in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. As far as I understand it, they suck away the emotions along with the blood and leave their victims healthy.

So basically, Maki's jealousy was sucked away. That's a good thing surely. I saw how tormented Maki was. So Anju actually did a good thing. If Karin stopped to think about that, she would see it that way.

Did Boogie stop talking because she became a vampire? What's the logic in that? It's not like it was only in her mind- the others could hear Boogie as well

Anju's dream was creepy. Karin is 100% in love and Elda has discovered a way to make her in to a real vampire.

Meanwhile, the vampire hunter who's Winner's granddad is planing on slaying the Maaka family. Seems like everything's gonna turn up-side down!

Wonderful sacrifice on Anju's part. She sacrificed her relationship with Karin in order to get rid of Maki of jealousy. This will allow Karin and Usui to pursue their relationship without Maki's interference.

Poor Boogy!!!

Very true, and here I was losing my hopes the show would get good again... also I dont ship Usui x Karin too much, so that initial scene with Anju dream, interesting!! xD

Really the main problem of the series is that Karin and Usui has main characters are rather boring and plain, but then you have characters like Anju, her brother, and Elda, that are so more interesting to watch.
So an episode centered around Anju was truly great, she is such a cute kid and nice sister~~

Lets hope Elda will return real soon.
