When do you think this will be licensed and translated in english? I've been wanting to read the novels recently, and I don't want to have to rely on fan translations.

Hopefully soon. Its the only light novel series I actually want to buy right now (to support the series and own my own set). Then again, I don't even know where to buy light novels at in America.

Hard to say tbh and I have been trying to get news but I haven't seen any news regarding LNs being translated so I'm sticking with fan translation for now(NanoDesu's translation is pretty good IMO).

One unfortunate thing is that if its licensed, it may stop being translated online, whichll make it take longer to get to the end. But I really hope its translated...

considering that the translation is at volume 4, it wouldn't take more than one year and half to yen press to go further in than the amateur translation. I'd say that's not a huge loss compared to gaining an official translation.

Light Novels can be bought on Amazon, however they can be pretty pricey in the UK version. And after looking LNs are sold between $7 to $10.

But there are quite a few on now here are a few examples:
Sword art online, accel world Spice and wolf, Haruhi, No Game No Life and many others.

Hope this helps if you didn't know already.

Soon I hope! I would absolutely buy them to support the author, and it would be really awesome to be able to read them in actual book form and get to see all the art and stuff. Hopefully, hopefully, because of the anime it's popularity will rise and catch some company's attention.

They can also be bought at Barnes & Nobles. Granted, you probably won't find a huge variety, but you may find some. Also, if they don't have them in the actual store check their website just in case.

At the bookstore. Seriously, I'm sure it depends on the store and smaller stores may or may not carry them, but at the local Barnes and Noble here in California, they're lumped in with the mangas.
