| Set in a world where history has taken a slightly different course from the one we're familiar with, K follows the story of a young boy whose life is caught in a psychic war between seven kings. Ashinaka High School is known for its unique setting: the entire campus is built on an island. Yashiro Isana, aka Shiro, is having lunch with a cat on one of the school rooftops. | The only reason to watch K is for the visuals. anything else (story, character development, and so on) is poor. Yes, it's quite pretty. when it was released, doing better than that would have costed a lot, I suppose. But... all the budget went in the visuals. and even there, it varies from scenes to scenes a lot, so it's quite obvious that they spent a lot more on some episodes than others. So yeah... watch something else instead imo |

| It was a decent show, I found it a little hectic and all over the place at times but the visuals are really good and I quite liked the ost as well. I found the movie better than the first series though (the movie is a sequel). |
| So I watched this anime and I actually liked it. It could've used more character development, yes, but I still enjoyed watching it. One sad thing though is I didn't realize the little girl's name was Anna till episode 12 |
