I like how this chapter explains a bit of the population in that city as Leo seems to be adapting his life there now. His eye is really extraordinary though and I think he can discover great secrets ...like say, the Elder 13. |

| Pretty interesting chapter & the first one to not be adapted into the anime I can see why, considering it lacks any main characters (aside from the last page) but it did give some background on the two characters introduced here that's pretty neat. |
