I do love his mother's comment about the piano helping him to convey feelings he can't express properly. In a sense, that statement defined his life, up to the point where he entered high school, at least... A cute chapter. I look forward to more. |

| It's kinda ironic that he started to play because of granny's death to cheer up Tsubaki. And more death made him stronger through time. |

| I'm surprised to see this prequel is a thing; happy for more Shigatsu! This was certainly a bittersweet chapter and focused more on Tsubaki. Kousei starting playing the piano more to make Tsubaki happy and smile again. What a guy indeed. |
