| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Great action in the finale. Waiting for this was worth it considering all the buildup and this one lived to the hype on the battlefield. I'm even surprised at how skillful Kunoichi has become as well. Well okay, she shot at one point in the fight. Sanada still made quite an impression though and the final fight was nice. Overall, 7.5/10 probably rounded to an 8. Underrated series but enjoyable and I'm never a fan of historical theme shows. |

That was a solid ending for a good series. 8/10 from me. Main problem was the budget and even then animation wasn't bad, comparing to the half of the other series out there. P.S. Body count in the finale is way lesser then I expected. Don't have any probelms with it, though XD |

| This was always something we've been missing: a (relatively speaking) historically accurate telling of what was always a very compelling story. It's always been twisted to the point of barely being recognizable, and for that alone, it's a decent show. It is, however, dragged down by less-than-stellar animation and very repetitive combat sequences (Oh look! Guns shooting from firing ports! Again! With the exact same sound pattern used last time!). I'll still give it a solid 7/10. Not for everybody, but good for what it tried to be with the clear limitations it suffered from. By the way: in that ending credit scene, Nene should be at least 69. She needs to share her secrets. |
| Damn, I need SW1 or SW3 ending for Yukimura. Poor Hideyori though... Oh well, guess I'll wait for a DW anime. |
| In the end an pleasant anime. The last episode got me, everybody knew somebody will have to die and that it will most likely be Yukimura, but it's still full of feels. | I'm glad I stuck with this this, was solid for what it was, and managed to make me feel for a lot of the characters. Yukimura met his fate like a true samurai, but I really liked his development beforehand in realizing his will to stay alive thanks to Kunoichi. |

| Until the end, Yukimura stayed a warrior. Good end for this anime, I appreciated all the battles and the development of Yukimura and his brother. |

| Yukimura dying ;_; Ugh why did Tokugawa have to win?! I almost thought the ninja was actually gonna die, and I would've been so mad! Overall I'd give this a 6-8/10. Some cool (albeit repetitive) action scenes and nice buildup, but the pacing was atrocious and the sheer number of characters, places, and groups made it a very confusing watch! I enjoyed it, though. |

| Damn, this episode was great and the highlight of the series. I cried when I thought Kunoichi died, I was so glad she didn't. But even then, I cried at the end cause Yukimura died...I'm so mad that the Tokugawa won. :/ I give the anime a 6/10, I thought the episode had a few highlights like this one, but for the most part I did find it a bit boring. However I really liked the characters & designs a lot. |
| Good anime imo, definitely under praised and should be watched by many more. Just learned that this was a true story. Didn't know that until after I finished the anime.. I should start reading the tags... :P Overall 7/10, one of the better this season. |

| I loved this anime, but it made me so mad! Everything I wanted to happen didnt happen. I wanted mitsunari to win, he died. I wanted the toyotomi to win, then they died. Yukimura is dead, WHAT IS LIFE. |
