I was just wondering what girl do you think is he going to end with. Im not asking for your favourite girl (you can say it aswell obv) Im asking for your real bet for the ending.

Also the ones who played the game could say whos route is more similar to what its been happening in the anime.

Forever alone. Shouldn't people know how these things go by now?

I want Kodachi or the ponytail chick to win. Ill be happy if he picks either one of those two.

Weird, after watching the first seven episodes, and by looking at the cover of this anime, one would think that Shirasaki would be the main chick, but she has just been a side character. No idea why they made her the biggest on the cover. I hope that the main MC does not get cupid's arrows at the end of the anime and all of a sudden falls in love in her and ends up with her.

As long as I know, Kakei first started all of the club thing because he was interested on Shirasaki's personality, so I guess he really is still the "main" girl. I also have to agree with you that she may have fallen a bit the last chapters because all of that shepherd thing, but for what we saw at the beggining of the anime I still think that she and Kodachi are the ones who have more possibilities to end up winning.

I'll not vote yet as I believe it will be none of the above.

However I would like very much for it to be Kodachi. She is easily the best girl.

Not voting yet, but It'll be most likely be,

- Nagi
- Shirasaki

Or None

Top 5 girls who I want to end up with Kakei

1.Nagi
2.Tamamo
3.Shirasaki
4.Kana
5.Misono

Or a Harem end.

You're missing the option of "none" - it's been put flat on the table that if he chooses to become a shepherd at the end, which is still a possibility, then he'll have to stay single and alone. Unless him and Kodachi can become a shepherd couple somehow, but everything so far has been implying that only one of them will ultimately attain full shepherd status, not both.

Judging by how things usually go in most harem animes, the harem ending is the most likely one.
But, if things are different here, then kodachi kissing Kakei gives the impression that he will end up with kodachi. Although best girl is miss Ponytail. She is the most kawaii of the girls and is better than them.

Realistically thinking it will end with harem ending...But i would rather if he ends up with Sakuraba or Kodachi...

Dont believe he will become shepherd and leave everything behind...

It would usually be the main girl (Sakuraba) to win in these kind of adaptations, but it seems like Kodachi's hitting the right flags so far.

I've never read the LN since I don't speak a lick of Japanese, so I don't know what any of its endings are actually like, but him choosing the shepherd path doesn't necessarily have to be sad. People move away and leave their family and friends (and sometimes their girlfriends) behind to pursue career opportunities in other places all the time, especially college-age kids like here. Him taking a shepherd's job would basically be the same thing, just on a cosmic scale. His choice is ultimately going to boil down to what he values more: his current personal relationships, or a once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity, and whether him choosing the career path would leave us viewers sad or not depends on the buildup and how the circumstances unfolded. Same goes for any of the endings, really - for instance, compare these two potential Shirasaki endings:

Ending #1:
Kakei rejects the shepherd job because he's fallen in love with Shirasaki
He confesses, she returns his feelings, and they spend the next 50 years together spreading their "Happiness Project" to the rest of the world

Ending #2:
Kakei rejects the shepherd job because he's fallen in love with Kodachi
Kodachi also loves him but doesn't think he returns her feelings and accepts the shepherd job before he can confess to her, so he forgets about her
Eventually, she looks in his book and learns the truth
She's devastated when she realizes her mistake, but since he's now lost to her forever she does him one last favor by researching which remaining girl he'd have the happiest marriage with, learns that it's Shirasaki, and nudges them together
As he walks off hand-in-hand with Shirasaki at the end, the camera shows Kodachi watching them from afar with tears in her eyes and a bittersweet smile on her face

Same ultimate result, but a very different feeling at the end of each journey, yes?

That said, I'm also expecting a fairly lighthearted ending, since this is overall a pretty fluffy show, but the way things are set up it looks like someone is still going to have to sacrifice something important to them before it's all over.

I gotta say you really have potential as a Light/Visual Novel witter, that was so good xD

Then, the only thing I was saying is that based on how this anime atmosphere is I didnt really think that it could end with Kakei not getting paired with someone. Obv I should have added that possibility, Im just saying thats its probably the less possible one, so I dont see it as a big deal.

just imagine if second ending was real :/ but probably they wont do something that amazing...because in Japan you dont need that kind of stuff in anime, draw some cute girls for some popular VN,LN,etc--->Destroy the actual plot--->Profit

Of course it was no one, you don't have the time to adapt a whole route in 12 episodes and you need that open ending to promote the source material.
