| Definitely one of the best arcs in this series. My favorite arcs are Chihiro's and Shiori's. |
Monad said: You know a girl is awesome when she stops to make stupid faces to a street cat. Anyway in the end i found this girl to be from the most awesome ones. She was more real in a way and made you feel more for her. A lovely girl strangling to find her place in the world. Her average looks make her more awesome actually because its harder for many to see above them. She even made Keima think about his way of life. No other girl until now taught Keima a lesson back. It makes you realize that the supposed average girl can have a lot more special elements and depth than the supposed special girl. Lovely arc, nice episode and a lovely anime until now. I hope it has more than 12 episodes and i hope it will have a lot more seasons. i couldn't say anything better than this. Completely agree! and as an average guy myself, somehow i felt that this arc really helped me to give more confidence to myself lol. 5/5 |

| Wow, really didn't expect to like this girl from how she acted in the first episode(besides the cockroach thing, that was lulzy) but I actually ended up liking this arc a lot. It was also cool to see someone with a more average problem. |

| Damn, Chihiro was so cute, don't say you don't have any physical quality :( Well, that episode had a really romantic atmosphere. It was well done on this point. I liked how she did every action at the end she did at the beginning, but instead of being cloudy and sulky, she was joyful and the sun was shinning. Chihiro arc was probably the best one so far, a lot of depth that there wasn't in the other arcs. |

| Wow, this was an AMAZING arc! Really liked Chihiro and it seemed this one had a bit more depth to it. Also the piano works in the background are so nice to listen to! Really well done :) As I suspected, she didn't end up confessing after all. Keima kind of gets mad at her when she says that, but like he said, he was so focused on the guy he didn't really think about her (also lol his techniques do work on guys eh? :P). So he chases her down ... and tells her that she ISN'T average after all ... and kisses her. D'awww :') Sun comes out (of course) and wow, what a great moment :3 Sadly she forgets all about it, but hey, now she's making a band! Reminds me of Negima (early on I think) when he says that even side characters are main characters in their own lives ... great book ending with the cat and meat buns and the tree on her way to/from school, except happier on the way back :D Looks like Keima is wondering a little about what he's doing as well at the end. Still though, really enjoyed this arc ... wonder what's gonna happen next! :O |

| So Chihiro's problem was self-confidence, I didn't feel it coming. When the insert song started playing on the day after the kiss, I totally got Kira*Kira vibe, and what do you know, Chihiro decided to start a band. Nice arc overall, I liked it for the most part. |

| Undoubtedly the best Arc in the series. This is also supported by the highest 5 ratings % for the 3 episodes in the Arc. This instantly gained this 2nd season a 9 for me, and settled season one at an 8, since it's not at the level of this powerhouse. Really fell in love with Chihiro. Hard not to like her, she is a "Real Ona" as Keima would put her, which is generally hard for anime to create. She also had the most impact on Keima, and changed his perspective on things, making her a Catalyst for some of the only character development that Keima experienced thus far. Honestly if there will be a final "choice" that Keima ends up making assuming that the girls get their memory back or whatever (haven't read the manga but some spoilers indicate the memories could be temporarily lost, and this is officially a "harem" so a choice might be made), then Chihiro will be at the top. 2nd place as of now probably goes to Haqua IF a demon can be a love interest candidate and if somehow she can win Keima over (both are big If's). |

| "YES...I..." YOU WHAT, WHAT IS THIS CLIFFHANGER!!! Damn, this episode was great. This arc overall is probably the best one so far. Chihiro best girl? Because she definitely was the only one to somewhat change Keima or make him question some things about himself. She was average and didn't stand out in anything but she was the one to change a lot of things. ONTO THE NEXT CONQUEST! |

| This Chihiro arc was the best arc of this season, and the best arc since the Ayumi arc (the very first arc of season 1). I loved how different this Chihiro arc was, with her slowly realizing her feelings for the MC each time. |
