 It was announced today at Animate Girls Festival 2014 that an anime series of Tsukiuta. is in progress. Tsukiuta. is a series of drama CDs and songs composed by popular Vocaloid composers and performed by popular seiyuus, including Yuki Kaji, Shouta Aoi, Ryouhei Kimura, Hisako Kanemoto, Ai Nonaka, and more. | It actually isn't true "vocaloid" series. The people who compose the music for vocaloids assisted making the music for this series of songs. The singing isn't vocaloid, it's all human. A good example of this would be Mekakucity Actors OP and Ao Haru Rides OP. Both are composed by a vocaloid artist but the singing was an actual person. I personally still see it as a "vocaloid series" as the composers are more vocaloid affiliated but it doesn't have much to do with vocaloids. |

The other 6 are just one boy. So in total, 12 boys, 6 girls, though I think the show is limiting it to 3 boys and 3 girls as the main characters. (since it appears they are mainly showcasing it like that) |

I'm kind of confused as to where the Vocaloid part fits in though, because I'm pretty sure no actual Vocaloids are used in this? I'm assuming the seiyuu are singing the music but idk. |

| Oh wow I actually listen to some of the songs lol. I really like some of the duet songs for the males. Haven't listened to the females yet. Really surprised to hear an anime adaptation for this, though I guess it's not too surprising...? After they've got the character designs and all, and I had thought it would be a shame just to leave it at that and the songs (and mini-dramas/drama CDs that I unfortunately can't understand). Looking forward to this :D |

| Eh. I dig the clothes designs but the characters wearing them are blandy bland. As long as their personalities are existent then I think the show will be fine. Looking at those little extra expressions they have on the side which seem to show the same emotion for some of the characters, well, I'm not too sure... It'll probably be okay though. Looking forward to October! |

| As much as I love Tsukiuta a lot, I wouldn't be too hyped for the anime as of now. Not until they revealed further information such as the anime studio, director, staffs, etc. I'm not sure, but it has the potential to be neglected after the announcement (like Meiji Tokyo Renka and NORN9), I don't really know about Meikoi and NORN9, but I really love Tsukiuta and I don't want to be given false hope by this. :( god dammit AGF... |
