| I don't think that his mentor knew how cruel his mother was to him, and he never told the girl why he doesn't want to play the song. However, I think that making his own version of the song will help him put some distance between how he felt about his mom. It sort of seems like he was a illegitimate son since I never hear about a father and it would explain a lot of his mother's attitude with him, if maybe she had to quit music because she got pregnant - just speculationg. As for the girl saying they can't stay together I was thinking she might move to a different area to go to a music school that's the way I was reading it more than her dying but you never know. |
