| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- "Don't Think, Just Run!" -Jamil I thought this was going to be slower paced transitionary episode once Tiffa was captured (again). But man was I wrong. The boy mechanic continues to impress me, as he pushes his entire crew to exhaustion trying to repair and upgrade all 3 Gundams. Garrod was mopy and depressed, predictable. It looks like Jamil has had enough of it and tells his whiny uber-emotional ass to show some courage. Forcing Garrod to cross a frozen lake to get the GX control unit WAS pretty crazy. The Frost Brothers beat the hell out of the other 2 Gundams, but the end of this episode was pure mecha fanservice. Garrod shows up in a freshly upgraded GX.. and it looks NICE! There's no way you can stop at this episode! |

| So, finally we're starting to see some politics background in the story. Nice! I thought that those brothers were weird, but now I know their reasons to go after the Gundam. Jamil reminded me of Bright, from the UC Gundam series. But i think he exagerated doing all of this frozen lake thing. He could just give him some Bright-slaps and everything would be Ok! |

| So the Frost bros are working for the federation. I thought there was something more to them. Im a little relieved the gx just got an upgrade and wasnt completely overhauled into a new gundam. That should be left until at least the half way point. |

| The crew in this episode was awesome, truly restless to fix the Gundams. I also like Jamil and the doctor a lot |

| Kidnapped again? I guess my worries from episode 4 weren't completely unwarranted, because this does share some similarities with the Leina situation from ZZ. Hopefully this doesn't become a frequent trend in this show, because this was otherwise a solid episode. |
