| Boring, no one knows what is going on while there's generic fights everywhere, even the characters seem just as helplessly confused. |
| Can't say I'm impressed. It's just a mediocre showcase of choreography and effects mixed with some random made-up terminology. Nothing shown in this episode is made clear for the characters in it, much less the viewer watching them. I'll give it another chance with the next episode. |

| 3/5 Madhouse Of course he has not wasted as Bones, and this reference to "Strike the Blood" does not play in his favor, but do not judge a book by its cover! For now, ignoring the technical sector and graphic designer, I would say that the story is a bit far-fetched, with certain refinements rather bizarre! XD For now let the story flow and then judge with my meter. Rating of 5/10 for now! |

| This is so bad.. A mere bamboo sword matching up against a full swing from a macho man with that blade. Sigh, the name "Mahou Sensou" sounds good, but the actual content was meh. Dropped. P.S. Accidental kiss, so cliche. Edit: The blond speaking kansai-ben(?) has great power, I mean, his flame power looks good. |

| Hmm, I don't think a kendo sword should last that long against a sword made out of metal. That really bugged me. So that girl has transformation magic? She made her breasts bigger. lol Don't really ike the OP. THe ED is okay. I think I'll skip them. First epsiode seems okay. Although it was a bit of a clusterfuck. Too much things were happening without context. I heard that this show wasn't very good. I hope it doesn't turn bad. Looks okay so far. |
| That was just plain crap! I have a honor code of not dropping any anime until about episode 3 but really! This anime is testing me. Out of no where he gets "almost shot" by a girl with magic and develop magical powers. Then if you attack someone with magic you die/lose all your magic. So attacking anyone in the human world you're just fucked. You hit magic person, you lose all power. You hit regular person, you give them powers they either mess you up lose/die all powers just acquired...... No win situation |

| - Guy saves a mysterious girl and after she mistakenly hugged him, she shoved him to the wall and pointed a gun at him. - Girl passes out again and conveniently falls on the MC's lips. Wow - After the "accident", she predictably goes "Kyaaa" and this time actually shoots the guy (it missed but still) which carelessly made him a magician. God - MC doesn't even freak out or give a flying fuck about all the shit that's been happening. - Magicians being laughably careless running around in daylight in the middle of a school carrying around a huge sword. - You become a magician by being simply exposed to magic. How awfully convenient. - Magicians carelessly attacking outsiders and exposing them to magic. - What kind of incredibly sturdy wood did they use on that bamboo sword that could even withstand several blows from a fucking massive metal sword? - Once again, magicians being stupidly careless using magic on other magicians despite knowing the consequences. - Blonde girl is caught in a very life-threatening situation but she couldn't possibly give a fuck about that because she's too busy getting jealous by her boyfriend calling the new girl by her first name. - Transformation magic... of course, it has to be the boobs to transform which doesn't even qualify as transformation because it only increased in size. - What a long and dramatic incantation for a pathetic light screen. So many problems and it's only the first episode. God. |

| OOOOkay... I guess now I understand why people make such a fuss about bad dubs.. Concept is rather WTF. And wth was that music during the end fight?? That seemed awfully misplaced. Presentation is not really good. Overall not too promising but hey... You never know until you watch it right :D |
