He is the definition of a mad doctor. So sadistic, haha. He definitely has a good heart though, sharing the same dream as Exa of coexistence.

Exa's resolve getting shaken by one loss? That's kind of pathetic, glad to see his right hand bro Lakshri literally punched some sense into him.

The doctor knows the monster? Hmm, I wonder if this is where the connection with Yuri comes from.
