| @Kuro-chan: I have told her a few times that she looks like Nao. Also, I'm not trying to be mean or anything but she can be pretty lazy sometimes (she does not even make her own bed before going to school). So yeah... it seems that she really is the real life version of Nao XD Also, its been a long while since we last talked to each other in our profiles, so... | Well the object of that kick is to hit with the ball of the foot on someones temple. That way the surface area is smaller and you get more PSI out of the impact. ( I can get around 1500PSI, give or take from that kick. enough to crack in the side of the skull). if you hit with the top of the foot you may break your arch, ow! or snap your ankle if it isnt strong enough to handle the strain. also the angle of the foot matches the angle of the kick to keep the ball of the foot at 90 degrees to the ground. that also helps keep the surface area of the kick down and aids in precise targeting of the kick. so any way, i guess you can say it is unhealthy, unhealthy for the person i am kicking.
