| Will nodded and scuffled her hair as he stood up and turned to Thomas, raising his sword to him. "Best me in combat and the honour to guard Milady is yours." Will smirked as his right hand gripped the sword. The crowds in the markets hurriedly made way, backing away from the three and chattering to themselves. |
| smirked as he saw this scene develop, * my a fight this might be entertaining, but I have to make sure that the wolf wins* stayed hiding in the completely concield, and readied some of his illusion magic to sue on the knight to make him loose or the fight much harder for him, |
| Thomas He draws his sword, it gave off a blood red ora around it. "she's excited. That rare. You must be worth the time." I hold the grip close to my stomach so that the blade points toy right, away from my opponent, leaving a big opening. |

| Will took two quick steps forward and slashed his blade in a sideways arc, in a such a way that if the blade connected with him, it would only cut skin, nothing more. His aim was not to kill, merely humiliate. |

| Will stepped back, flipping his sword in his hand so the blade faced towards the ground. The clash of metal from the two blades blocking made the crows resting on the battlements fly away. Taking a few more steps back he held his sword defensively, being more cautious now, having narrowly avoided a swipe to the leg. "What manner of sorcery is this wolf?!" Will shook his head as his vision began to blur, and the illusions formed in front of him. |

| "Illusionary magic..." Will muttered to himself as he alternated pointing the blade between the three. He jolted towards the furthest to the right. His blade passed through the figure and he staggered forward. Grunting he spun around and gripped his blade tightly, examining the three in an attempt to find something to indicate which of the three was authentic. |

| "I'm going to need to borrow this." Will stayed looking at the three as he picked up the large jar of yellow dust and threw it infront of the three. Shooting a glance into the crowd he tried to locate the man responsible for this but his gaze returned to the fight, he redied his sword as he focused on the ground. |

| Will's attention was immediately directed towards Yuki, but seeing as how not a single soul noticed the assailant, it was highly likely to be another illusion. Deducing it never hurt to be sure he grabbed an apple from his pocket and hurled it towards the figure, as it sailed right through him, Will's focus snapped back to the task at hand. Using the sand om the ground to tell which one was the real Thomas, he dashed towards him and their blades clashed yet again. Leaning his head towards Thomas', he spoke discreately into his ear "Look behind me, into the crowd. Do you see anyone suspicious, either a mage or an assassin. He's casting a spell so we have a chance of finding him. You want your loyalty to be proven? This is your chance" Pulling away his sword he took a few quick steos back, pretending to be focused on the battle, but really searching the crowds, all the while keeping an eye on Yuki. |
| Thomas understood. He kept his sword at the ready and scand the crowd and saw someone moving through the thick of it. This time he charged forward and clashed blades "the man in back behind you and to you left." He pushed him back. |

Wolf boy, you're with her, this could be another illusion!" Will tore off after the cloaked figure as he shouted. |

| the cloaked figure keeps running away quickly turning down ally's and going through narrow corridors through buildings obviously knowing the area well as he kept spiriting away undeterred, |
| Will tore away his armour as he ran after the figure. Now free from the excess weight he began to gain speed on the assailant. He drew his dagger as he began to close in. |
| the figure kept running away ran through a door and closed it behind him slamming it into your face it was a large very sturdy door and you knew it would take fare to long to break down, |
| Will's shoulder ran into the door as it closed against him. " Open this door right now or by all the laws of this land imposed by Queen Reaper I will sentence you to death!" He shouted as he shouldered the door again. It shook but made little sign of giving way. Stepping back he shouldered the door again, and again. Stepping back once he heard one of the hinges give way. His foot knocked the door straighy down and, drawing his sword, he cautiously entered, he had lost valuable time, but it was posible he was lead here for a fight, and the assassin had abandoned running. |

| keeps waiting alone in the marketplace contemplating killing a large number of people and pinning the deaths on the rebellion as a means to get them to contact them as they haven't done anything yet and sighs, |
| lets out a massive amount of magical energy, causing him to basically explode and melt down causing massive damage and killing all in the markets, |
| Lady Arianna came walking into the market, followed by two knights. Slightly annoyed by the fact that she needed some fools in armor to follow her every step. Sure it was for her safety, but she thought it were an unnecessary precaution. With a shout one of the knights pulled her away, the other placing himself in front of her, shield raised. Hearing a loud explosion, she didnt understand what was going on, until the guard were engulfed in flames and knocked back, crashing into a stall. The guard pulling her away, managed to get them in cover, waiting for the situation to calm down. And when she looked out, she could see the market, mostly burned to the ground, the rest shattered to pieces. The worst part were the smell of charred flesh. |
| ( Mind if I join in? xP ) Azael was calmly walking by the market, looking around for anything he would need for the assault on the Rebel's base. For a strange reason, Azael felt eager to destroy the Rebel's hope on defeating the Queen. Not to mention the souls that he would capture there. Only thinking about it made him involuntarily lick his dry lips. As he walked around, he noticed the many glares and stares at him. That only made him slightly nervous. How could someone cope with a dragon but not with him? He growled slightly but then he noticed something. An explosion quickly catched his attention as he turned around and took out his lantern to protect himself. Luckily, the Lantern could be used for more than just collecting souls and it created a small shield around him. After the explosion, Azael looked around searching for where the explosion came from. He quickly looked around but noticed nothing but a young lady being protected by a guard. He slowly started to walk towards her and the guard, obviously, protected the lady, thinking that Azael was threat. Azael scowled. "I am not the enemy." He announced, looking around slightly. "Come on, we better get out here before another explosion happens." He said, offering his Lantern as protection. |

| (Not at all ^w^) The smoke, thick and black covered the sky as the flames slowly burned out. A quick look was all that were required to see the devastation of the explosion. People, does who didnt get caught in the inferno, ran around trying to find their loved ones, their stall with items or the culprit. "Milady, are you hurt?" the knight asked as he looked around. "Im fine" Arianna replied, brushing ash and dust from her dress. Then the knight drew his sword and raised his shield, right before she heard the male voice of Azeal. She looked at him, fascinated she spoke. "Stand down knight, he is working for the queen" she commanded, which the knight hesitatingly followed, sheathing his sword. Arianna looked around and then at Azael, "I believe its unlikely, another one would be pointless at the moment" she sighed and nudged a pile of ash with her foot "Do you know what happened?" |
| Azael looked upwards as he thought about it. His classic smirk showed seriousness instead of it's usual sadistic look. "Wasn't lucky enough to know. If I knew, the person who did this would already be inside my Lantern." He said as he looked towards Arianna. He couldn't really tell who she was. Though he knew many people in the Castle, she was definitely one of those who he was unable or unlucky enough to see. "So many souls laid to waste. I can't really see who did this. I don't it was the Rebels. If so, they would have attacked our barracks or somewhere more important, not that the market is not important... Maybe is just a distraction..." He started to think aloud before he noticed he was just talking to the air and stopped his ramblings before he looked towards Arianna. "Might I know your name, young lady?" He questioned calmly as he looked directly at her eyes, apparently analysing her. |

| Listening to his monologue, she watched him. Her dull, yet mysterious gaze scanning his strange body. Putting what she had heard and his appearance into a conclusion, she didn't know him, only heard rumors "You must be the one known as the Chain Warden" she bobs and smiled "I am Lady Arianna Ryunaris Drageblomst, Ambassador of the Dragons" Her knight had began examining his colleagues body, then shouted "Its no use, we have to leave" he scouted around as he came back to her and bowed. "Allow me to escort you away, milady" He looked at Azael, awaiting her response. |
| Azael's smirk did not changed but just got a little more playful. "You may call me Azael, Ambassador." He said seriously as he looked around slightly. That scene slightly disturbed him. It remembered him something he disliked. When he saw the knight arriving, Azael's smirk was replaced with a scowl. "You have no need to escort her back, Knight. Leave that for me. If you wish to do something useful, go and warn the Queen of this incident... If she hasn't noticed it yet..." He inquired, obviously annoyed by the knight's lack of trust on him. After saying his 'orders' to the knight, he looked towards Arianna. "I wish we could have met under better circumstances, Lady Arianna. The Dragons have always been one of the most fascinating races to me... Mainly because of their knowloadge." He said, chuckling softly before he turned around and saw a few guards already trying to control the situation, which made him slightly less nervous about all this. However, his suspicions were still raised. He was still in search of the one who did all this. The man, or woman, who did this was going to die in the most painful way possible. "Must I escort you, Milady, or do you prefer to walk on your own?" He questioned, actually uncertain of what to do next. If she said she would like to go alone, he would allow her to do so and resume his hunt on the next prey. However, if she actually allowed him to escort her, he would go with her and then come back. |

| "Well.... If you like, then you may escort me" she then turned to her knight. "Go help out here, return to my residence when you are done", saying this, he bowed with a "Yes, milady" then he ran of to aid the other knights who either dug up corpses, carried away trashed stalls or organizing the now less panicking crowd. Arianna turned to Azeal again, this time with an absent expression "I need to get back to castle, to the queen" she said and waited for him to escort her, knowing he would do it. Ready to go, not really in need for an escort, having learned the way to the castle by now. However, she didnt care, as the day already was messed up due to a horrible use of her beloved element, fire. |

| Azael's smirk slightly changed once more as he leaded the way for the Ambassador. When someone, apparently absent minded, was about to bump into Arianna, Azael quickly placed his hand in front of her. "Careful, boy. Watch out where you're going." He scolded, however, his tone was not one of anger, just of awareness. He continued to escort her towards the inner castle. "Unfortunately, I don't know if the queen is present. Today is the birthday of one of her daughters so my guess would be that she is with her." Azael told her in a explanatory tone. He was aware of everything around him, paying extra attention to see if anyone was close The stares and glares at Azael could be notice by anyone. That easily annoyed him. Sometimes he even thought about adopting a human form in order to keep himself from being looked at all the time. Before they were even able to enter the inner areas of the castle, a knight quickly stopped them. "The Queen is currently busy. If you could please come back later, she would be pleased to receive your visit. Should I deliver any message for her?" He questioned to Arianna, apparently ignoring Azael's presence as he looked around, seeing all the guards, knights and servants moving around to deal with the problem in one of the areas of the market. |

| Arianna didn't pay much attention to the boy at first, following Azael to the castle. Curious about his form, she knew a lot of eyes were fixed on the strange creature named Azael. "Well, I have to try" she said with a voice lacking enthusiasm, her expression not changing. Surprised by the insolent guard she turned to the boy who almost bumped into her "Its fine, child, I will handle this". Looking at the knight, she sighed and spoke up in a loud voice "I am Arianna Ryunaris Drageblomst, the Ambassador of the Dragons" she made an intentional dramatic pause "Who are you to deny me access?", when done, she stared at him and waited for a response from the shocked man. |
| Azael chuckled, amused by her reaction. One that he would expect from a proud Dragon. The Knight quickly lost his way with words. The man didn't knew what to say and stuttered before finally saying something. "B-But, I-I have direct o-orders from above to not let anyone inside u-until the Market--" Before the man was able to finish his sentence, Azael stepped foward, making a loud thud with his feet on the ground. The Knight immediatly stepped backwards and laid his hand on his sword. "I have official permission to talk with the Queen about details of the attack on the market. This is woman is a witness. If you don't allow both of us in, I'll have to, unfortunately, open my way." Azael said in a threatening tone while wearing a scowl on his face. The knight froze immediatly, unable to say anything and just standing aside slowly so that both of them could pass. Azael huffed as he allowed for Arianna to go in first and followed her right after. "These knights respect nothing but ruthlessness and the Queen. That's what they were they taught after all." Azael mused as he escorted the Ambassador of the Dragons. "So, why have the Dragons allied with the Queen? I always thought you dragons were against slavery." Azael questioned out of curiosity. He knew a little about Dragons but not everything he wanted. They were one of the species that he respected the most. |

| A little smile formed on her lips as she walked into the castle, followed by Azael and apparently the boy "Ruthlessness is such a pointless thing. Anyway they cant lay a hand on me without my permission, I am under the protection of the queen after all" she looked at Thomas "That... ruthlessness provokes fear, that is what a man will follow, just as easy as honor or loyalty" Returning her focus to her escorts question, "Its true that we despise slavery of all forms, a dragon cannot be held below something else. We believe that we are destined to be free.... yet we are not the only ones, all creatures are." she looked at him "And allies is a generous term for it" she giggled "Im here on a mission to prevent any turmoils to brew up between us. Im merely a representative of the Linnormr council. We dont want a war, now do we?" |

| Azael nodded to her answer. "Correct. Fear is what drives people here. At least most of the knights and slaves. Some other are driven by greed. Some are for vengeance." He said as he understood her explanation of what was her mission here. Of course, the Dragons would never ally themselves in war. They were always a species that kept to themselves. Azael chuckled at the thought of her 'innocent' thought. "Many people want war. The Rebels made the first attack. They want to conquer the Realm to themselves in order to make a 'better' world. It's all foolishness. There is no 'better' world." Azael said, his smirk disappearing for a split second. "I believe that the Royal Army has no grudge against the Dragons. You always kept to yourselves and never made anything to provoke them. Our war is against the Rebels and the Dragons can very well escape this war by simply flying to their mountains." He added, apparently still curious about her presence and also curious about the fact that she disapproved of the war. Of course, as a signifcant asset, Azael greatly approved the war. In his opinion, there was no other way to make the world peaceful besides oppression. |
