Well, shit. What was that about? Is is just the prologue/first volume of the LN adapted in this manga or what?
Indeed, that really was a very long prologue, which once done went straight to the epilogue. :/
WTF!!! Give me back my time reading and waiting for this manga to get good and right when it does they FUCKING troll us and end it, this manga just pissed me off at the end!
Blackbird said: Yeah but I do think Baka-Tsuki is really slow to translate even Sword Art Online isn't even done.
Thought it's overrated.
Isnt baka-tsuki sort of like a wiki, with volunteers offering their free-time to translate, and then puts it there since it acts as a collection of light novels and therefor most ppl look for them there. Complaining about their speed is kinda...
Also, I thought that the reason it is not done was because the thirteenth volume has yet to be released (think it was 10th aug)?
Or if you are talking about the twelfth volume then it is because tap (the translator who took on that volume) does not upload his translation there until it has gone through some editing to ensure quality. If you want to read it asap (its still good quality, there just exist typos and such), you can read it at his own site. http://www.taptaptaptaptap.net/sao/
OT:
Dafuq was that ending? The first 14 chapters all felt like they overly drew out the introduction of the characters and their motives, and as it was going to get to the interesting part it ends?
Interesting manga. I loved how the main character worked with what he had and managed to survive. Seriously, if I had an ability that could only change eye color I'd be long gone
I have a really big question here, WHAT REVENGE IS HE EVEN FUCKEN TALKING ABOUT? He doesn't have any problems with the god except that she took his parents, he should have revenge on the stupid women and guy who took his eyeball. The whole manga was a disappointment to me.

And that, dear Harrysoung, is the reason why you are smart and he is a little dumb kid who thinks hes better then everyone.
That manga was crap. Had a lot of potential in the first couple chapters but just went down the shitter. There were so many things wrong. I honestly can't think of any good points. Wouldn't recommend reading this to anyone unless they want to torture themselves. Horrible manga.

"When life gives you lemons, make orange juice, then sit back and watch the world wonder how you did it."
i actually quite liked it, though it would be super hard to animate it cuz they NEVER show in colour what the colours of the eyes are, for anyone. its ok for this manga to be the standard monochrome but eyes should have been treated with colour for all pages. that would have actually made it more appealing.
so apparently the Novel is the real deal?? that kinda sucks
tomtomr92 said: I dont get it, how is his power one of the strongest??? does it do more then change color??
i have a feeling there's more to it than meets the eye (lol) and that it might prey upon self-prophecy.
This manga is just really random with the characters and the plot, everything.
So fucking creul to the protagonist...
I don't even want to explain the ending... what a fucking horrible manga! Fuck this!

What the fuck is this manga!!!
A normal high school guy protagonist, in middle school saw a girl naked. Who was bullied because she's rich, with a blank stare.
He has one friend in high school who accidently saw his super powers.
The guy has a superpower which isn't a superpower, his eyes can change color, but thats it.
He usually goes to an abandoned building to "train" his eyes but nothing ever happens.
At 8 years old when his mom found out about his eyes, she called him a "demon child" and ever since he hated going to his house because his parents see him as a demon of sorts because of his eyes.
He also doesn't remember his first normal eye color that he used to have because he kept changing them at free will.
A flashback also shows that that same girl from middle school said she actually likes him and kissed him. We don't know why. [Chapter 5]
One day he goes to his usual routine to train his eyes. When he hears a crash of a window, takes his ladder rope from a locker, the rope gets cut almost falling and he lands on an open window of the 3rd floor.
Tokage-kun was at "the wrong place, the wrong time" when he goes from meeting a blooded person with cut fingers, gets slashed in the left eye by a random assasin called "Water Strider". The same girl of middle school, Sugamo and a delinquent in the same building. The first assasin protects Tokage-kun, Tokage about to run away, caught by the first assasin telling him "take me with you!" He carries the blooded guy on his shoulders, when Sugamo and the delinquent notices them and he goes upstairs. The delinquent and Sugamo go upstairs and meet another assasin, girl with a gun. And they hide. They call the police, and then Sugamo leaves saying she'll leave for a bit.
"Water Strider" appears, jumping in mid air with his knife. Sugamo Ryou, uses a gun that she got from the "gun girl", her arms hurt from one shot so she gives the gun to Tokage-kun (stupid bitch) and then "Water Strider" stabs Tokage-kun's forearm.
_ Tokage-kun getting slashed, possibly going to die and gets completely ignored by Sugamo and the blooded guy. What The Fuck!
Gets stabbed in the right hand.
... The super assasin comes in, with super powers once his eyes are red he can pierce through anything. "Kingsfisher" or with his past tv show "super power boy a".
Tokage-kun gets taken hostage by "Water Strider" and gets knifed again! Thinking he's saved by "Kingsfisher" but Completely ignored once again! After Tokage-kun saves himself, he helps "Kingsfisher" kill "Water Strider", Sugamo blushes saying how awesome that was. So basically she gets excited on blood... or red things?
The once she's gone, Tokage-kun says thanks to the super assasin and suddenly gets his right eye ball vanished... for no reason. His left eye still okay but slashed from the cut.
The delinquent still fighting with the "gun girl" and they both stab each other, Sugamo asks if he's dead like nothing and leaves. Tokage-kun cries that the delinquent is dead.
And now wants to "unleash his powers" if he does have any hidden potential from those eyes and kill that Super Assasin.

all that is till chapter 9.
what the fuck... super mind fuck...
[Chapter 10:] the truth is... Sugamo asked the "Kingsfisher" (super assasin) to steal Tokage-kun's eyeball. She is in love with Tokage-kun's eyes changing colour.
[Chapter 14:] A girl wants revenge and then Tokage wakes up in a hospital with Sugamo and makes him think that it was all a dream and that she saved him ..what a dumbass, its her fault! Remember!
Still doubting Sugamo, in the end King Fisher enters the room like nothing with a comedy feel ... god damn it I'm hating this manga ... it went so fucked up, its horrible.
