i am asking i see quite alot of people moan about the lack of seinen anime this imo iss the single best Anime of its type made since 2000

That is why. Only the first 4 episodes have been subbed. Just tried to get my hands on it and was disappointed because I can't :(

It's an anime for train otaku, they goddamn love trains and all things rail related. And like Japan, when they get a hobby, they go overboard on all aspects of it and take it way too seriously.

It's not underrated. If anything, the score fits it. I don't see why people would enjoy this show other than wanted to learn more about trains and Japanese travel. Even if you wanted to learn, Miracle Train or any live action would do the job better.
