Thoughts on K getting dubbed

Personally doesn't affect me since I watched it subbed.But hey I guess this is good for people who only watch dubbed anime.

Although I'm curious as to what Yata & Fushimi will sound like so I'll atleast check that out.

just for curiosity like I did with the dubbed version of No.6, I'm going to watch it when it's released~

just hope it's not gonna be horrible....

I'm not gonna watch the dub version because I just know they'll screw it up somehow. I can't even watch dubbed anime anymore because the voices never suit the character.

Yep they fucked up Yata's voice it was just horrible in comparison to Jun Fukuyama's voice.

Wish they would of done it earlier considering I already watched it in subbed and I don't tend to re-watch things that often, I only watch subbed when a series isn't dubbed, but now that I have watched so much subbed now it's getting to the point i'm starting to dislike dubbed, but I also hate reading.

Misaki's voice is whatever, but "No Blood! No Bone! No Ash!" sounds really weak :/
I'm not planning to watch it in English though so no matter.

I really liked this dub-usually I will find them really irritating. K was so popular they managed to get Bosch, Lowenthal and other very famous voice actors on this(those two being people who seem to be in everything!). The only voice I didn't like very much was Yashiro's, as I found it was maybe a bit to extrovert and brisk. The sub had him with a softer, sweeter voice which I think better suits his demeanor. I also have the same thing to say about Anna's voice, but neither of them were irritating and they still got the character across.

Altogether it felt very natural- I actually think some of the voices were better. I do this often but this time I will definitely spend some time re-watching K as I have already.

I think some of the voices are okay (Awashima, Mikoto, and even Todd Haberkorn manages to pull off Izumo) but I thoroughly dislike how JYB didn't even bother changing his voice for the role of Fushimi. I mean, it just sounds like Johnny in all his other roles.

Yata, Anna and the side characters could use some work. Also they don't have any spirit when they chant -3- that's the whole damn point...
