| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Some stuff went down this episode. Seems the little girl he tried to save in the flashback a few episodes ago was indeed Okuni. Poor Roman, apparently his dream girl is holding a bit of a grudge against him for not saving her as a child.(to say the least) Also, if your on a stealth mission, don't bring your little sister who is a afraid of bugs along! Next episode looks to be Roman feeling sorry for himself for the revelations this episode. |
| No wonder she's holding a gruge, when you see what her life is right now I don't think she's wiling to be in good terms with the one who let her go. |

| While I do feel sorry for Okuni for all the terrible things she likely endured as a result of not being saved by Roman when she was a child, it would be real hard to save anyone when 5-6 guys have you on the ground and are literally beating you to death. Somehow I get the feeling Roman will end up having to kill Okuni in the end. That, or maybe even more likely, Magoichi, the guy posing as a policeman will kill her. Hopefully I am wrong. |

| Okuni is certainly a versatile woman lol. I think I liked her as Meimei-san the most. This is deeper than people give it credit for, and I think the coming episodes will prove that. |

| So I'd guessed right, she was really Otsu. Finally what I was waiting for. I have a feeling it isn't going to end all that well, but I can't wait to see Manjiro come back to his senses in the metaphorical sense and shoot off to help her. |
| The big reveal was actually a few episodes earlier than I thought it would be, so I'm wondering where they are going to take this now. It looks like next episode will be helper-san hitting bottom until something or someone shakes him out of his funk. |
