| Why do I have a feeling this news is related to Gundam The Origin finally going into production and that new Valverave show coming out in Spring. The way I see it I have little problem waiting for more of this since Spring is already shaping up pretty strong and I don't see it adding much of a new dimension to it with 3 other mecha type shows coming out that season alone. Probably actually smarter to delay it a bit if it's on the earlier side of summer like June. |

| People complain about why CG OVA not released yet. Sunrise releases it as soon as they can. People start bitchin' about future episodes release dates. Poor Sunrise. But no seriously, releasing a highly-anticipated title while screwing it up with overly long breaks? Not cool, Sunrise. |

| Meh they should've done a series instead of movies. The first one didn't even feel like a movie, it was just like a double length first chapter like F/Z. |
| The thing is, making this into a TV series would bring its own set of problems. Not to mention they probably wouldn't have the fight sequences look as good with a TV budget. Personally, I enjoyed the first episode and don't really mind delays. That's not optimal, but I'd rather they focus on getting things right and not rush just to please impatient fans. As long as the final result is worthwhile, I can accept this. That's not really a question of laziness but, more likely, one of available resources and budget issues. |

| In defend of Surise here, this is their schedule that I got from another forum: Studio 1 --> Gundam Unicorn Studio 2 --> Boned Studio 3 --> Gundam AGE Studio 4 --> Code Geass Studio 5 --> Kaiketsu Zorori movie, Gintama Studio 6 --> Tiger & Bunny movie Studio 7 --> Assisting Gundam AGE (?) Studio 8 --> Accel World, Horizon, Neragaku, Love Live! Studio 9 --> Battle Spirits, Binbougami Studio 10 --> Phi Brain Studio 11 --> Natsuiro, Aikatsu So they have their plate very full. Sunrise is notorious with keeping everything on schedule, but studio 4 obviously dropped the ball on this. On the bright side, I have to give props to studio 8 since they are able to produce 4 series at once! That was impressive. |

| Well, this is a really bad flop on their part. After a not-so-memorable (although I personally liked it) first episode, they're coming out with the second a whole year later. That's one way to screw your franchise and fans. Code Geass is already somewhat tempered by R2 in my opinion. They kind of needed to put more into this series. Now here's hoping at least the second episode will be good when it does come out. |
