DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This show reminds me of karas a bit, but karas has better graphics and art :3 I didn't get some terms, though. Ashes is currently doing this show. I hope they can make some things clear lol. Also I hope they release it in highres :3 I don't recommend getting saiyaman's release. |

| I'm lost here. I looked at Ashes releases page and it says they released episode 1. But when I look at BakaWolf forms it says it hasn't but their worken on it. So is it out subbed or not? I'm just confused. |

I haven't seen it yet, but heck, try checking their trailer here: http://www.straitjacket.jp/ It looks really cool. :) About The Ashes, one of their key staff member passed on, so I don't think they're up to releasing anything for a few weeks... or maybe even months. :'( |
| I just watched Ureshii's version. Was well subbed but the anime itself isn't really that great, at least the first episode seemed so. |

| It started off interesting enough for me, but that diminished around 7 or so minutes in... Just not very original in my opinion... And damn that officers voice was freiken annoying... I was hoping the demon would jump out and slice him in half but alas... it just wasn't meant to be :( ... This ep gets a 5-6 ish/10. I just hope it improves. Its only 3 episodes afterall... Reminded me of Hellsing TV... |

| I wasn't extremely impressed for the aforementioned reasons. I'm gonna give it a chance though...it's also annoying that it seems like releases will be pretty slow. |

| I actually liked this first episode, plenty of action and the animation is pretty good (imo). Looking forward to the next episode (whenever it airs =P). |
| omfg i just skipped through the 1st episode again after seeing this on my list and literally not being able to remember exactly what it was about. Seriously, that officers voice is one of the worst voices i've ever heard. Its that bad, its worse than some of those horrible ear-bleeding op/ed's people talk about. That guys voice + attitude together make for a close competition with Boku no pico... (well, ... i havn't seen pico and chico yet so idunnoya. ) Must have some huge boil in the throat or something... |

| Accidentally downloaded this (Ureshii's XDCC numbers were incorrect) so I watched the first ep. If I was expecting something, I'd be disappointed. It was moderately entertaining but not that great. -5000 points for Desert Eagle, -2500 points for typical female main who is late, clumsy and incompetent. |
| i liked it what else can you expect from a 3 episode ova. I lol'd a the guy that got sliced in half one way and as he was falling got sliced in half the other way >_< Then when they said it was circa 1899 i lol'd even harder. Obviously the realism factor is gonna have its limits with a show like this but at least more than half of the episode was action... And you cant say that the action wasn't explosive or graphic ^_^ 3/5 |

| I have to say the armored sorcerer idea is pretty cool. But I can tell already what this anime going to be like. Tragedy, emo, flashback, more tradgedy, and a ending that makes you wonder is it a happy ending or... sad? However, I really liked Cabelle... she was creepy as hell when she first looked out from under her hood. Animation was alright not the best but then again it wasn't horrible either. Story... not that original but like I said the armored sorcerer idea was cool. Overall looking forward to more. |

| Watching the 3 OVAs in one video file, I guess I'll stop and mark at 25 minute interval as one episode. Interesting technology...uhmm magitek I guess. In exchange for humans using sorcery we get contaminants called Malediction which make sorcerers or sorcery practitioners susceptible to turning into demons when they don't do sorcery properly or with extreme caution. It sounds so damn risky, I think it's like having a very compact nuclear reactor in every house or something, the chance it will blow catastrophically and wipe your area of residence is remote but still a possibility. >_< XD This feels like Ghostbuster, D.Gray-man and Chrno Crusade rolled into one but I'll see how it goes in the next two episodes. |

| I wish I knew which is better. The sub or dub? I really love the markings on the sorcerers faces. So pretty. I can't really say much so far. It's getting a 5.6 from me for now. I hope episode 2 is better. |
