Nanaka was awfully cute.

And boy is Aoi more annoying than ever. If there's one thing that is most likely to lower my rating of this series, it's her voice.

It`s getting interesting... This ending, and that strange reaction on knife winh blood some episodes before...
The only bad thing here was that disgusting cliche when someone interrupts romantic moment...(((

That ending scared the shit out of me.

Overall, great festival and Nanaka is finally starting to warm up. I'm looking forward to a past story arc now.

I'm getting a creepy Serial killer vibe from the elderly woman watching the news.

Hinako just chose the perfect moment to intrude upon Sana and Nanaka xD

The old woman watching the sakura festival on tv in the dark just brought about a negative vibe.

Quite a good episode lots of things have happened the main thing that I wonder is why she reacted so heavily when requested to play some violin and what that flashback with that fire supposed to mean... it does seem that there's some dark backstory from both parties! Lets see what happens next!

Interesting theories DeathfireD! I didn't think of the old lady burying Nanaka, but that sounds eerily correct. I think this one is probably correct or pretty close to. Poor Kitty :(

As for Sana, I really hope it's not something like that. If you look at him, he's so kind and patient to everyone... (Plus, he's really growing on me!) Also, he's pretty much letting that younger girl (forgot her name) swing him around and do anything to him. So, I don't think (aka. hope) this isn't the case. But it's fun to hear other theories than the regular "School Days" theories.

As for Nanaka, I agree... but what about the fire flashback? The rest of them know what happens. I wonder if one of them will spill all in the next few episodes :D

I'm beginning to wonder if Nanaka's parents died in a house fire since the flashback showed fire. Also it seems that Nanaka is jealous of Hoshino every time she is with Sana. I seriously have bad vibes about the Sakura dance and also a bad School Days feeling in terms of the mentally unstable old lady, cat and old man at the end.

Wow what an episode.

Firstly, we meet Kaji, the mysterious grandmother. Really strange she reacted to Nanaka that way.. and with the way the show ended was so freakin' creepy. I have a bad feeling about this.

Next, Nanaka's past is a mystery. What happened to her parents? What was with this fire "flashback"? What about her dumping water on herself, was that just cleansing herself for the ceremony or more? I'm curious!

And Sana... no phone call from mom this episode!

Alright, so I'm loving this so far, but it feels like there is this very disturbing undertone that I'm feeling with each passing episode.....like that something really terrible is going to happen/already happened.....like the end for this episode, or when he saw the blood on the knife and freaked out....I'm a bit afraid of where this is going....

I see the feling of uneasiness is commonly perceived by everyone, so it isn't just me.
But I'm getting those vibes from Nanaka.

Those episodes are starting to bore me alot, I wanna know what happened in both Sana and Nanaka's past, but I guess we have to wait 2 or 3 episodes yet.

I'm quite certain there is some connection between Nanaka and that old lady's deceased granddaughter. There's no way such an eerie similarity would be emphasized if there wasn't some relation between the two somehow.

On that note, Nanaka's already begun to open up a lot compared to how she was in the first couple episodes. It's nice to see her act... you know, human, instead of gloomy and detached, and it's even better that it didn't take 3/4 of the series for her to open up.

Sana looks so much like Makoto (from School Days) that I keep waiting for him to do something tremendously scummy. I even feel this off, unpleasant aura with him because of it. Sana really does appear to be the typical gentle yet clueless high school boy, though.

I literally picked this anime on a whim but things seem to be getting interesting now. Sana's fear of the bloody knife and the fire that most probably killed Nanaka's family makes me curious.

Hm.. Is Nanaka living with her uncle?.. I only hope he's not one of those bad uncles..
Oh, Nanaka actually saying with smile she'd really want to go with Sana and Asami?.. Nice sight.. ;P I only hope it's not to avoid uncle's stuff..
Sana was needed as partner to play fightings, lol.. ;p
Hmmmmm.. A bit too many similarities between grandma's grand-daughter and Nanaka, no?.. Now I wonder more, why Nanaka lives with her uncle..
Hmmm.. And now Nanaka's fire flashback.. Fire is bad news.. Damn..
Aoi's laughter when Sana made compliment on her in yukata.. ;P Protect that laugh.. ;P
Aoi's reaction to scary sacrifice story.. "I won't be able to go to school!" Priceless.. ;P
Thank god the ceremony went good.. I was worried with all bad foreshadowing..
Oh, sweet Nanaka finally warms up completely to Sana, it seems, and Sana as well.. Nice.. ;p
But.. What is that creepy ending.. Granny, please don't do anything.. I swear, this anime can have a lot of darkness underneath..

MC has some good babe options even though he's a dense blockhead. What are these weird, creepy vibes going on in this show!

Who cares about all the friend nostalgia, just hook up with the hot girls already MC

Another disappointing episode. This series is becoming more disappointing with every episode. This episode felt completely pointless except for Sana to upset and let down the shrine maiden/violin playing girl, like he has been all series, and that's not a good thing. My exact rating for this episode is 1.5/5. I'm rounding up only because I just can't find it in me to give out a 1/5 (at least this time), so Myself;Yourself escapes the worst case scenario for now. The overall rating through five episodes is an even 6/10. I consider it lucky it's that high. On to episode six!
