| Alain existed the alley and casually walked in the streets on his way home. He looked back again to see that the fire had gotten worse and quite few pedestrians commented on it. "Damn mutants... I hope they round the lot of them up." one pedestrian said. "Don't say that.. They are people too." his girlfriend chimed in. "They aren't people... They are freaks.." he retorted. Alain speed up a bit as he had heard enough and didn't care to hear any more hate speak. Maybe I'm foolish to think I could coexist with them.. I mean a majority of them just want us dead. Well anyway I should get home as fast as possible but the fastest way is through her area. he thought to himself. Well maybe I will get lucky and wont be hassled by any mutants... Id rather not use my powers and will play it off like I'm a normal human unless they threaten me With that he began to walk through an area that was considered to have allot of mutant inhabitants. |
| A black cloaked woman whit long,red hair,falling out of her hood,passed by Alain chuckling,and singing a lullaby.She had kind of quick steps,bit she wasn't in a too big hurry.She was Lily,the nightmare lady. "Look mom,a vampire princess!" a little girl's voice got heard from some window. "Come inside,Alicia!" the mom's kind voice replied. Lily stopped,and sighed.She than began to walk slower,muttering a holy world."Mother..." She shrugged her shoulders. "What a cold night..." she mumbled for herself. |

| "Ohh hey girl from the bar." he said calmly as he saw her walk by. "I mean the whole vampire esque thing is a bit cliched don't you think?" |
| "Oh,hey,Miitch..err,Alan." Lily smiled pale. "Well,I have long red hair,pale wit skin so..." she added. |

| "Who is this Alain person you speak of?" he said cluelessly. "Hmm you could always tan and dye your hair." he joked. |
| "You still prefer me to use Mitch?And ah lease,I'm not a fake girl you see everywhere these days.I prefer my nightmare appearance." she smiled. "So,may I ask where are you going?" |

| "Like I said before I do not know anybody named Alain." he said with sigh as she wasn't getting the hint that he didn't want his name to be said out loud. "I'm going home.. Where are you going Ms. Nightmare girl?" |
| She actually got the hint,but she didn't sensed any danger.Anyhow,for caution,she'll use a quick alias. "Call me Alex." she smiled."I'm heading home too,my superior will pay me a visit soon." |

| "Well that must be nice.. I'm going to have to find a new job as my current workplace was destroyed." he says with a sigh. |
| Kazuki wonders into the Streets, one eye has his normal eye color, Red, and the other has his alters eye color, Silver, his hair is half Silver and Black. He wonders not knowing what to do, clenching his head randomly, still holding the duel pistols, not caring what attention he is causing to himself. The bandages of his arm half unwrapped, unwrapped enough to expose the Skin-Deep tattoo. |
| Plauge wonders down the street with a bottle of whiskey in han, occasionally siping it. He then notice the man carry too firearms "hey!" he shouted as he reached for his revolver. |
| Kazuki looks back, clenching his head, "Damn! Not again!" He thought. He started to run, and wanted to avoid trouble. |
| Plauge drops the bottle and draws his revolver. "stop!" he shouted as he fired a round at the mans left leg. |
| Kazuki hears a gunshot, and jumps forward, afraid that he was aiming for his head, he looks back and notices its that guy from earlier, the one who shot the sword dude. "Leave me alone!" He shouted. Running faster and faster. He eventually sees the two from earlier in the bar, the man who served him drinks, and the lady who read his mind, and he hide behind them, trauma shocked, and confused. |
| Well it sucks to be that dude.. I shall just play innocent bystander. he thought to himself as he acted like the other humans and got out of the way. |
| "well isnt this fine and dandy, i lost my drink and missed my mark" plauge said as he started after the man |
| As he walks through the streets, he notices trouble building up. He decides to stay and see what happens next, he also sees that Plauge runs past him. |
| "im getting too old for this shit" plauge said as he stopped running and started to catch his breath |
| Begins to walk towards plauge thinking to himself, should I really be helping another mutant ti get away..., frost begins to build on his finger tips, ready to attack. |
| Plauge notice the man walking towards him and aims his revolver at his chest. "i wouldn't advice coming any closer" he said as he cocks the hammer back. |
| He stops, pulls out a bottle full of water and begins to drink from it. |
| "You should probably leave before i get scared, cause when i got scared motherfuckers accidently get shot" Plauge said calmly |
| Just stares at him and throws some water at his and plauge's feet. |
| He fires a warning shot between the mans legs as he starts to step back. |
| He splashes some water on himself and begins walking forward; the water under their feet begins to freeze. |
| He fires a shot center mass into the mans chest. "Damn Mutants!" plauge shouted |
| As he fires the shot, the water on the ground and his chest shields him from the bullet. |
| Shocked that mere ice managed to stop a .454 cascall he holds down the trigger and fans the hammer, firing all three remaining shots at his chest. |
| Poor kid is going to get himself killed... Maybe I should help.. No I dont want to blow my cover over something like this he thought to himself as he watched. |
| With the help of the ice beneath his feet, he quickly slides to the right and counters with an ice shard aiming straight for plauge's feet. |
| He starts to jump back but is too slow and the shard graves his ankle and he falls to the ground. |
| As plauge falls on the ground, he stops his movements and waits for plauge's next move. |
| He draws a .410 derringer out of his boot and fires both rounds at the mutants knees before scrambling for the speed loader for his revolver. |
| He side steps again and blocks with ice, but the bullets cut through the ice and slices a hole in his pants. |
| As he gets the revolver loaded he climbs to his feet. "You mutants never cease to amaze me." He hits his emergency becon sending out a distress to all nearby mcsa |
| Notices the emergency becon and starts to throw ice shards at plauge while he is detracted. |
| He leaps backwards flat to his back and fire a shot that grazes the mutants right arm. |

| As the bullets graze his arm, he quickly takes his water out and splashes some on his wound and on the floor, freezing parts of the floor. |
| This kid is really getting his ass kicked.. Damn it just beat this guy already sooo I wont have get involved.. he thought to himself as he continued to watch the older mutant take a beating. Even though he was older he seemed very inexperienced when it came to fighting the MSRA. |
| The beacon appears on the network and propagates throughout. Karo and her partner, who happened to be patrolling nearby, are alerted as well as another nearby unit. They take note and begin to move swiftly towards the signal. “Aahh, first the bar, and now it’s popping up on the streets. I guess the crew that went over to the bar didn’t end up resolving it,” says Karo to Cleo as they begin to make their way there by foot. |
| while the mutant was distracted Plauge Fires into his calf musle. He then rolls backwards and hops onto his feet before firing at the mutants left shoulder. |
| With the new ice on the floor, he quickly slides away; he then throws water into the air, turning them into small ice shards and shoting them all at once at every part of Plauge's body. |
| Plauge Falls back and uses his arms to cover his face and neck but is still punctured by multiple shards. luckily none deadly. "fuck me!" he shouted. |
| While Plauge covers his face, he charges at him and begins to throw water at Plauge's feet to freeze them and limit his movements. |
| Karo and Cleo arrive on the scene. Their standard loadout includes medium ballistic armor, helmet with face shield, throat mics and earpiece for communication, small bullpup-style assault rifles (CTAR-21 with optical sights for both Karo and Cleo), and a side-arm. “Freeze!” shouts Karo as she aims her weapon at Frostbite from behind. Cleo takes cover by the opposite building adjacent to the alleyway. Seeing the mutant charge, she fires a few shots in semi at it. |
| As Cleo fires the semi, he dodges the bullets and stops in his tracks. |
| PLauge still lays on the ground unable to get up due to some of the shards hitting his legs, he aims his pistol at frostbites head. |
| “Hands up where I can see them!” instructs Karo as she slowly moves towards Frostbite while Cleo covers her. She waits for the opportunity to use the standard field “disabler” which is a jet-injector for a powerful sedative that will drop someone so that they can be safely transported while unconscious. “Easy,” she says, partially to reassure herself as she approaches. By this time, the other unit is about to arrive way on the other side of the area, and Karo hears this on her com. |
| Smiles and thinks to himself looks like it's time for my exit. He begins to splash the rest of the water on himself as he prepares for his next attack. |
