Kamina
Golgo 13
Kenshiro
Archer but who is he above?

would he be in the top 10 or 20 or 50 ?

are you kidding me Kogarashi is pure ownage put into a in a maid costume, he's the most manily thing since Chuck Norris and Arnold Schwarzenegger fought to the death, but then they realized that even being in the same room would cause such a huge explosion of manliness that they declined.

The only one in your list that could make Kogarashi move a little is Kenshiro, and only to put his underwear on his head while he is freezed by Kogarashi's voice xDD!!!

If you say someone as Sebastian Michaelis (a demon) the things would be interesting... but Kogarashi still wins... he is immortal :D!!

None of the Gar-est characters on anime or real life could be as awesome as Kogarashi... he is dressed with maid clothes and he is still as manly as Rambo or more e_e!!
