| Yes it is adapted from an adult game. And it isn't really that rare, apparently a lot of visual novels get at least a few chapters of a manga adaption. |
| A quick scan of your list and I can identify a few, White Album, Makai Senki Disgaea, Canvas 2, Happiness!, Fate/stay night, Little Busters! ... Probably a lot more, as my knowledge is fairly limited. |
