| I like mamimi because i believe she was falsely labeled as that crazy anime girl. Yes, it is true that she has a poor ability of deciphering the difference between reality and non-reality, and it's true that she is somewhat of a pyromaniac, but i believe that naota's brother leaving her out of the blue and even dropping her for an american girlfriend has contributed quite a bit to the amount of this and the aloof-ness we see in her. I feel she is just a hurting and depressed girl, who's boyfriend dropped her like she was dirt. And seeing as she has no home, and probably no family, she's had a very difficult life. naota's brother was her "only hope", so to speak, of returning to a normal life. But he left her. I feel that if someone such as Naota were to give her their love, she would find hope again, and she would start becoming less depressed. We all have our ways of coping with depression, her's may just be a little different from yours. |
