What happend with Ayatsuji?
Where did her dark side go?

O_O

Junichi killed it. Seriously, he doesn't even realize what he did.

First, he uncovered Ayatsuji's hidden side
Then, he encouraged her to be more genuine
Then, she opened up to him and decided to trust him
And then, after all this, he cut off her hidden side at the neck, when he chewed her out and told her to apologize to the triple bitches.

This is why she ran away in tears. Essentially, he drew her hidden side out, she trusted and confessed, and then he denied her. And she couldn't deal with it. And killed her hidden side. At the end of ep23, her "outer shell" has taken over. She said it herself - "this girl doesn't exist anymore".
I like your explanation... So, I will have a little hope for this arc -- as long as this development can be explained without mental illness.

Deliusonal people are not attractive. ...Well, rarely they are attractive.

Oh my God please no, where did all the yan personality go? So it wasn't a two-face problem but multiple personality? Perharps there's more to it when we bring the sister into the picture, perharps something happened emotionally etc.

Like many said, there's no such thing as "Personality disorder" with Tsukasa.

she decided to throw away her "dark side" for good, and plays dumb when Junichi asks her about it.

Food for thougth
IF she did have personality disorder would she remember the Kiss and the "contract"?

She's very distrustful of people and very cynical, that's why she used the "two-face" act.

Perhaps not but clearly after seeing this episode once more she does have a illness of a personality. She has 2 personalities and she may control them and maybe other ones, regardless you are not supposed to do the mask thing, it kind makes people not trust you once they find out somehow.
kaimax said:

This is rather interesting because I was thinking that Junichi may be able to awaken her dark side except will he do it in the next episode and can he? He better because he wants to be in love with the person showing it from what he said near the end.

This depends of the personality because some personalities can interact themselves with the memory so no matter how many personification she plans out all can be aware of her memories and conscious.

Now that I would like to know why? Oh why she became like that? What happened to lead to her being like that? Well she is far more mysterious than the rest of the girls, right?

I find it funny that people are overanalyzing things here. No matter, let's leave them to their assumptions. Me, I'm just enjoying this arc so much. A lot better than the Precious Diary version, though with only 4 episodes they're skipping out on other good scenes. No matter, it's still an excellent episode.
And if they'll do the same thing as the end in the manga, this'll be the best arc for me, surpassing Kaoru and Ai.

Rewatching the confession scene again :D

read this first
"All of my comments are bades on my experience from playing the game...SO~~~~
I just hope that they don't mess up Tsukasa's story into something originally bad"

Ok. oh and Read MEntar's Tl;dr. it's quite on the spot.

@Yumekichi
Why do I always said that there's no personality disorder? It's because that disorder never existed. Her two-faced facade was just because She has zero trust on others, it doesn't matter where she got that zero trust, because she doesn't trust any other human except herself.

(She got Zero-trust from her own family, read Mentar's tl;dr)

The Sith doesn't need to have the memory to remember about the contract. The Sith's role is the protect the Jedi, and The Jedi is the one that is running the show.

the Sith didn't disappear. The Sith is not needed anymore ,since Junichi has replace the Sith's role.Junichi will protect her and she doesn't need any dumb Sith anymore.
The Sith will return only when She is working alone and stress stress stress, but now she has a sex slave already. So I think she will be fine.

Furthermore, A person can't just simply throw away his/her own personality as simple as like that >.>"

This is the most remarkable analysis I ever read even though lots of it is assuming it makes sense. I encourage people to read it. It might make things interesting.

In regards to this, I too would like to have the real Tsukasa, that poker face is shit! You lie to yourself for what? To sacrifice your pride that you so have yet tarnish by lying to yourself! You lie to yourself just as a means to a end of where all is accomplished at cost of your own pride, that of who you really are and what your personality represents you.

5/5 episode... this arc is definitely going much better than the Rihoko arc. out of the six i'd say Kaoru, Haruka, and Tsukasa are the best ones.

Looks like she has got some kind of split personality thing going on. I wonder what was in her notebook.

May I add Amateur psych is one of humanity's great pass times and only this arc allows the analysis to be done that is worthwhile, for there have never been a girl like Tsukasa that has such a deep psychology in this series.

Like ive been saying they really need to stop messing with the routes and mixing them. I see this ending in some sort of 'love / relationship' but will it be a cannon ending? .. I sort of dont think so. Maybe a mixed ending as if we were on the best bath shed no longer even be class rep lol

I wonder if we'll see Junichi's little mistake next episode?

I hope we do...that would be a great way to finish up this show..but we'll probably get some half assed end that doesn't make sense and just enrages everyone like Sae's, Kaoru's, and Rihoko's.

Fix this Junichi, fix it! D=
Because of what you said, it looks like she wants to drop her true self entirely and go on with her façade forever.
Yeah but the problem is that Junichi can't take too well pain because he always keeps complaining the next day about his pain. That's completely not gar at all. Junichi needs to gar up to fix that, soon.
You're right. Junichi needs to man up and take responsibility for what he said to her. Hopefully next episode he succeeds in telling her that he likes her true self more so that she'll turn het old self again.

Not sure what to think...
Before this episode I thought there was something about her sister she wanted to hide, but since she didn't appear, maybe she just had a "weird sister"..? And what's up with that notebook? (still makes me think of Death Note xD)
And I hope there's gonna be a bit of an explanation about why it's like she has two personalities...

From my understanding, in a nutshell,

Tsukasa cried because Junichi seemed as if he preferred the fake "goodie good" mask she wears around. He was denying her true self, and that broke her heart. However, we later she Junichi didn't intend that - hence he questions "Where's the Ayatsuji I fell in love with?", he wanted her to change and truly become a good person. He really just wanted to support her, and those good intentions will shine through in the next episode and open up her heart again.

(SPOILER NOT AN ACTUAL SPOILER, GOT LENGTHY LOL)

EDIT:
Oh hell, someone beat me to it. His one is more extensive anyway

QFT! This... nothing else should be said... Seriously Junichi did it without realising it... he's really dense yo!

Anyway we got some real conflict here... a conflict which directly affects the girl's personality and the situation of the whole arc! I mean not getting it done correctly and failing and hurting your own image of being a perfect girl and a perfectionist.... Hmmm... And see now that Junichi knows that evil side of her she still supports her and that really got into her and actually warmed up to him and even made him some lunch.... That was so kind of her, but so out of character of her, of course someone would actually think bad of such action... And some trio of bitches did!

They didn't have any rights to do such thing, to actually spread the gossip about them being together and not being able to pull off the feat of completing the Festival duties cause they were being lovey-dovey all the time they've been together alone... and Tsukasa-chan couldn't obviously hold the act any more and righteously snapped on them and defended herself and Junichi too! And Junichi actually really wanted to talk in his behalf but guess what... he's useless... that's rather way too sad....

Next to that comes the rather cute and weird confession between them! I actually liked it a lot cause it was like a pair of oddballs confessing to each other... i loved the fact that Junichi actually accepted her and didn't fuss to much over it! Oh bye bye notebool filled with Tsukasa's secrets... more than being meaningful for what's written then, it just a symbolic thing for her facde... I actually agree with that assumption... yet...

The drama gets bigger for Tsukasa after blowing up her cover and gets into a horrible position... yet Junichi's got the guts to protect her and be there for her... and Junichi didn't come alone.. It's nice to see that someone still supports her although she blew up the cover... and see someone supporting them... Kaoru your the man! Seriously Kaoru rocks my socks! She was awesome! Umehara too... but mostly Kaoru hahaha

Anyway it was obvious that Tsukasa was going back to overwork herself again... Junichi should have tried to stop her and if not then come with her... yet she just left... at least Junichi did what I thought he should! He went back and checked on her! But it really didn't help at all... more than helping out actually broke Tsukasa in the same episode she completely opened up and was destroyed... that trust that took Junichi a while to build and Tsukasa to accept, he totally blew it up in just a few words: "Just say sorry and ask for help again" Pretty much told her to fuck her real personality and keep the façade....

And what we got... a weird Tsukasa!!! What did you just do to my Tsukasa you stupid Junichi!!!? He totally screwed her... and I was actually confused at the beginning, but now that I've read all the comments makes sense... he really did it... BEtter you fix this up... if not we're all gonna hate ya forever... and ask for your head >:D Quite kewl epi!

Actually, I kinda like how it is going...
I mean, its pretty interesting now that the plots turns a full 360.
of course, this is assuming that the arc gets an ending that, the tsukasa we love and fans alike, deserves!
But, if it turns out to be a messy "school days" kinda ending, everyone will hate me! xD

Also, its quite a break from all those previous stereotypical and predictable arcs...

I'm more worried about a "bad" original ending rather than a "School Days ending", Since it's not school days, and Amagami is in a different genre.

I just only hope that this doesn't "break" the BEST END, not like how things turns out with Sae's and Rihoko's end, which is just ORIGINALLY BAD.
