Shin: fousing all of my ki or chi to harden my muscle cells creating a strong seild but i can still get hurt if something put greater ki/chi in their fist. For a good example a sumo wrestler has greater muscle mass then me so even of i punch him a hard as i can i wont hurt him unless someone has greater ki/chi then them. Same goes for weapons
