| I already thought seeing Glasses-kun drowning as Itakura celebrated was hysterical… But the page where he failed and turned around, seeing his defeated bro, before giving such an insincere apology that even Nami would be proud, that was one of the hardest I've laughed at Fukumoto's manga. That page was so funny, and I adore both responses. Later, being able to recognize Itakura as the only dude sitting down during the bird's eye view on the pinwheel page was a nice addition. My man has no remorse!!! He is kind of the opposite of Zero, isn't he? He is a logical power house lacking the human heart that has so far defined Zero. As for Zero, it was stated that he really cares about his friends but he has the determination that even when one is drowning in front of him, he is all the more logical. Just saying this isn't a huge deal, but actually having Zero decide not to guess what the real answer was, but make sure that he was accurate while planning to revive their oxygen deprived friend was!!!! I was taken aback, having such a loving character choose such an emotionless and calculated approach, it felt like a doctor doing surgery, not a 17 year old kid trying to save his friend. Amazing stuff … my favorite moment of the character Zero so far by miles. I also wanted to mention that discovering what the floor actually looked like reminded me of Danganronpa 2! |
