| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Is that some sort of mummy? lol. Odd episode. It seems like there are a variety of supernatural creatures in this show. I'm kinda sad he actually died though considering he wasn't entirely evil just because some others seems him as a 'monster' (based on the flashback anyways). RIP. |

| I don't think its a mummy i think its one of them deformed creatures that aid mermaid, and he seems maybe bandaged due to scars or being ashamed of his looks an what not probably - idk, really weird episode, not really buying the stories to much either myself its just been a okward show so far to watch, i don't really know if im enjoying it i just know im kinda along for the ride for this moment and who knows how itll end... |
| A story about a gentle giant... or so it seemed. When the one-eyed old man was telling the story of his past it seemed like big eyes was killing everyone instead of only protecting himself. That was the big clue. Big eyes reminded me of Jinenji from Inuyasha. Except his story was much, much crueler. Next episode another prequel. |
A sad episode, that deformed one suffered a lot, I still like the purple color of the deformed ones more than the recent ghoulish color, next episode looks promising. |
