DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Alfredo finally reunites with his sister then falls ill shortly afterwards. As soon as a character experiences a brief moment of happiness it is then taken away. Sad. Tuberculosis maybe or am I being too pessimistic? |

| The odds of surviving tuberculosis in those times at a young age were extremely low, so it's obvious where this is going. |
