EDIT: After watching AD Police Files I'll take back that they're useless. Well, in Bubblegum Crisis they're still incredibly useless, but anyway. |

| Without them, the world would have nothing to rely on except the Knight Sabers. And considering their collective intelligence, that's a scary thought. The AD police are more like mental security. I think they'd step up if the Knight Sabers weren't so gung-ho. |
