I heard something about it featuring both Kirino and Kuroneko's little sister in some capacity, but beyond that I don't know.

According to what i read, its about Tamaki and Hinata asking Kirino for life counseling...i really wanted it to mention that kirino and kyousuke live together but apparently there is nothing about that.
In any case, we might aswell wait for a full translation and then confirm
