New setting. Hopefully things become more interesting from here on.

So many hates :(
I think, you people probably can't see the real beauty of anime. This is that kind of show. True gem. Beautiful art, soundtrack and story.
This is what I'm looking for.
Dub = fake crap. Always.

Miyuki's change of heart was too sudden for me! I could have accepted them being friends by the end of episode 3 if Miyuki accepted his fate gradually with each passing episode, not "I hate you! I hate you! I ha-... Friends?"

Why are those two all friendly all the sudden?? I mean sure last episode did change their views a bit but all the sudden their best friends ._.

In my opinion that change was kind of forceful but idk.
i don’t think that’s entirely the case. miyuki is still standoffish and a little bit of a prick towards the protagonist. i think the last scene was a good representation of seeing how powerful she really is. he notices that with her strength she is really someone who is important, and that is hinted at beforehand when he notices how she’s a goddess and he needs to protect her because of how important she is. i mean, she’s the final lineage of a goddess; i’m sure this must have shifted his opinion to being more generous and helpful, noticing he is dealing with a literal god

Actually I think it's entirely reasonable for some changes in their relationship to occur considering there did seem to be some danger in Tokyo that they faced down together and he got to assume a protector role towards her. I also would suggest that being in the presence of a goddess when she incarnates just might have some effect on your feelings about things in general and towards her vessel in particular (especially if it's someone you've known since childhood).

And that dance and song probably was the icing on the cake--if it could charm a mountain god what would it do to an adolescent male...
fucking this ^^..
