| Yeah, after how unsatisfied I was watching episodes 5 and 6, I took a shot at the manga. Turns out they butchered A LOT of stuff. Did they miss any other things? And how would you feel about the anime if they didn't cut so much stuff? While I think the current arc is really good, overall the anime is pretty bad since so much development was left out. |
| Hard to tell, there are only few first chapters of the novel translated and seems like someone on B-T picked the series up again just recently. Somewhere halfway it did differ from the manga in a really weird and unnecessary way. Also if you look at how bad the ending was and how it didn't make even the slightest sense I assume they just decided to screw the source material. |
