You are correct - she called herself No.01 in other chapters. But her being called No.00 has been a recurring inconsistency (it's correctly translated - No.00 also in the raws). Maybe an alternate numbering based on this whole part with the eight arks and her being the pillar of each - having 107 feathers? (this vision in ch.113-114 was a little confusing) So I don't know - can only speculate. |
