| I think Tao is in for a big surprise... Goku will pretty much kick his butt when he gets back down, anyway. Also, that was quite the slap from Bulma, although I doubt master Roshi learned his lesson. |

The Monkey King from Journey to the West had a Cudgel that is very similar to the power pole except that the cudgel is made of iron and that it is extremely heavy. | I really liked the way the animators at Toei colored Tao's sword, made it look like he was rushing Goku with a lightsaber. |

| That was a very satisfying fight, but Goku should have just taken Nimbus and knocked him off the tower. |

| Tao is now useless against Goku!!! Tao thought he could kill anyone. Goku showed him the correct place. Unfortunately he actually saw the correct place to increase strength. But as much I understood Korin, Tao will get nothing here but disappointment and his doom down at the tower. |
| That ending scene hits harder when you realize this the beginning of a trend for Goku. |
| Tao Pai Pai is actually such a great villain. He raised the skill ceiling for Goku and the twist of him going up the tower was great. I also like the segment of him using a sword, despite being a ton of reused animation… |
